A full meal at lunch time warrants a tiny "courtesy cup". If the meal costs over $10 the least you could do is give the customer a decent sized water cup. I was spending over $16 for a meal (visible on the receipt) and I was told I could spend another $2 to get a normal water cup. Penny pinching money grab designed to squeeze as much out of the customer as possible.

The food and service was good. The food pricing is horrendous. I came in here because my friends insisted. I am now walking away still hungry having spent $14 on ONE bacon cheese burger worth, at most, half that price. This restaurant did nothing wrong, but this company must be greedy. Until they get their pricing right, they won't be receiving any more of my money.

I live Five Guys, I really do, but I am not a fan of this location. Ordered two large fries at $5.89 each (plus tax), got two 20oz cups (not very big) filled well below the top. Five guys is known for overfilling the fries cups so much that they spill into the bag. Did not meet expectations here.

Very expensive, You get ALOT of fries though. It's really good as well. I gave three stars because everytime we come here, It's always closed due to something wrong or something is always going on.

Edit: I dropped a star after getting food poisoning here. The food is good. Better than McDonald's. Not quite the level of a sit-down burger restaurant like Red Robin, for example. The service was a little slow. But they were very friendly. I like that they have peanuts. We probably won't be back often because of the price. The prices are way too high for the quality of the burger. We will come back, just not super often. On the way out, there was an advertisement to hire employees. They pay a lot. Good for the employees. But probably makes the food cost more than it should. And the employees were not very motivated.

One of the best burgers I have ever eaten. Double patty with melted cheese in between. The chocolate milkshake was delicious and outstanding as well.

2 stars in lieu of 2.5 Not quite 3. I love Five Guys. Went there for years in CT as soon as they began appearing where I lived. This was the first time I went to the Hampton one, so I don't know if it was today or usual, but it was disappointing. I paid $75 for 3 people, including 15% tip, and though the shakes and burgers were good, the bacon on the burgers was very greasy and tasted like fish. The french fries were limp and also tasted vaguely fishy. The bacon was not 2 strips on my burger, but crumbled pieces off to the side. After the first bite of pieces, I didn't eat anymore. We all left the french fries primarily untouched. I spoke to the manager and asked her for a partial refund, but she had to get on the phone with her boss and I didn't have time to wait. The $ wasn't important, but the problem - the grill? the grease? - needed attention and my meal was definitely not worth what I paid for it.

Food too expensive for what you get and it's a good burger and fries 🍟 but the amount you pay isn't a 5 star restaurant burger! Keep saying it if you want to last ,you must adjust for the customers not take from them!

Service here is pretty fast. I like using the online ordering option so when I get there I'm only waiting for fries. I like how they wait until I come in to pick up my order to cook the fries. The burgers are slightly better then the average fast food burger. I'm not totally convinced they are not overpriced. But I pay more because I like the fries and the multitude of drink options.

Ordering online for pickup is super easy. Keto dressed burger options are also easy to choose. The actual burgers are always good too. When I allow fries I always get 5guys once. Price is mid-high, but not terrible.

Quick ordering, cashier very pleasant. Didn't take long for my order to be ready & it was accurate! Parking is sometimes a liitle hectic for this location, but overall always a good experience.

My daughter kept sending me videos of the Grilled Cheese sandwich and finally went to try it out. It was ok, the cheese wasn't melted enough for me but it was good when we put the fries in the sandwich. I'd probably would not get it again. I don't eat beef so, less likely to return to a Five Guy's since there is no turkey burger option.

Can't believe I've never had a burger from here before. A simple burger with lots of toppings. Can never go wrong with toppings. And the milkshake...oh my gawd. So thick, so good. Will be returning.

After a day from hell, my friend dragged me to Five Guys to cheer me up (because there is no food in my house and I'm starving). I've been awake since four am and worked an eleven hour shift as a manager without a lunch. I ate half a sandwich at 10 am and it is now 9 pm. My friend wanted a plain fry and we didn't want to waste food by ordering two fries. Terrell kindly offered me Cajun on the side. This small thing made my entire day. I'd like to thank Terrell for this seemingly simple offer. Please be like him.

I have ordered burgers and fries from here at least 20 times now. I always order the same thing. A little bacon cheeseburger and fries. Never thought to leave a review until my most recent experience. On one of my recent orders, my burger was incorrectly made with lettuce on it (which I hate). It's a texture/sensory issue for me, and so it was inedible to me. I called and spoke with Todd Washington I think his name was. A/the manager at the Hampton location. He offered to remake it for me if I called back on a day when I wanted it. Honestly, that in and of itself was really refreshing. He didn't try to pass the blame or gaslight me as it seems to be what businesses do these days "it wasn't like that when it left our store" kind of thing which I've heard. Still, I was a bit skeptical and was unsure if he would actually remember and/or follow through. That's happened to me before as well with other managers going back on their word, so these days I usually don't even bother giving feedback. But in this case I decided to call back and take him up on his offer. Well, not only did he remember me when I called back, but he went above and beyond with my order. When I called, he took the order from me over the phone himself. I'm not sure if he made it himself, or if he oversaw it, but it was the best tasting burger I've had from 5 guys to date. And in fact prior to talking to him, I felt the previous order would be my last order there. Now I'll keep coming back since he single-handedly won me over. He was furthermore generous and kind to my spouse when he went in to pick up my order as well.

The hamburgers and fries deserve the accolades. They really tasted fantastic. They were fresh and hot. The only problem we had was the price. Compared to the other restaurants we frequent, Five Guys was more expensive, especially for the amount of food that was ordered.

Aside from the food being absolutely delicious they have a rockstar employee named Todd!! Not only did he guess my order correctly when I walked in but his enthusiasm and his kindness is amazing!! If I could give Todd 5 stars I would!

Expensive but you already knew that about 5 Guys, this location isn’t the biggest but there’s usually enough room for you to take a seat, great burgers as always just make sure you don’t order too many fries.

Wow, I forgot how amazing the food is at this place. I purchased a single cheese burger and a little fry. I eat a ton and this meal filled me up perfectly! I was stuffed. The toppings on the burger were so fresh and tasted amazing. The fries were so epic and just delicious. The reason why it is 4 out of 5 stars, is because I paid $19.00 for a single cheeseburger, a french fry, and a cup of ice water. Yes, inflation has happened, but this is out of control. This is not a steak, baked potatoes, and a side item. I am not eating at a gourmet restaurant. THIS IS A FAST FOOD JOINT. The cost to make their cheese burger is .50 cent. Their french fries are even cheaper to make. Unless they are paying their employees $25.00 an hour (which I know they are not), there is no need to make a $17.00 profit on every dag on meal. If they cut their prices by $5.00, there would be a line out the door so long they wouldn't know how to handle it.

$7.50 for a large cup of fries?! No thanks - I walked out. Staff was nice though.

$13 for a hamburger & $8 for a hotdog?!?!?! NO, THANK YOU! And if you are one of the people paying these prices for, at best, a mediocre meal, you need to rethink your life choices. Krystal has better hamburgers and hotdogs than this place.

My brother and I actually dined in and had a good experience. The cashier was nice and helpful. We will definitely be going back, due to the fact that it is close to home and you have GREAT fries.

Five Guys has pretty good takeout burgers, with a couple different sizes and plenty of toppings. Their Cajun fries are particularly good. Don't go here to eat healthy - go here to enjoy a classically good and simple greasy cheeseburger and fries. They do offer carryout if you want to order ahead.
