I’m not new to getting Brazilian waxes, but I was well educated on after care, thanks to Monica! I was very pleased with the customer service and the atmosphere was super cute. Monica took her time and honestly, the wax itself didn’t hurt much. She gave me tips on various topics (because I ask a lot of questions) and it was a really comfortable vibe. Highly recommend. :)

The vibe is always right, the music is on point, and she educates you about your skin and asks about allergies before your treatment. She is aware of what is in her products and can recommend things to help you or what to stay way from. She even makes some of her own products. I recommend people to her all the time!
