This was my first visit and it did not disappoint. I really liked the cleanliness and coziness of the lobby. It was a comfortable wait. I had a chance to look around at the facility and toured the red light bed, cryo machine and even got a glimpse of the recovery room. It was VERY IMPRESSIVE. They offer single visit or packages that reduce the cost per visit. Overall, this has all the makings of a top-notch recovery center and I am excited to continue using their services and would recommend this to every adult who has an active lifestyle AND every high school athlete to incorporate at least 2 visits a month this into a regime.

The infared sauna was even better than expected. Helped with muscle soreness and was relaxing. Facility was very clean and staff was helpful. I highly recommend try it.

Every time I have been in I am greeted with upbeat, kind, and knowledgeable staff. After an active week professionally and athletically this is the only place I need to go to get the recovery that my body and mind need. Absolutely worth the drive to Newport News from Chesapeake!

This is my new favorite place. It's so clean, smells great, the prices are competitive and the staff are wonderful. The sauna units are spacious, modern and get hot enough for the true therapeutic benefits. Look up the benefits of sauna therapy and red light therapy and then try give it a try.

My husband & I just had our first cryotherapy session followed by the infrared sauna. It was wonderful. The customer service was outstanding & we are looking forward to our next visit & taking advantage of the other treatments.

The infrared sauna was amazing. I love that they have a spot to hook your phone in and relax. My husband did the cryo chamber, and the lady who checked us in made sure that he was doing well the entire time. Staff here is super friendly, and I would definitely like to keep coming back.

Decided to check this place out for a little self care... Was not disappointed! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great way to recover from running or working out. 10/10 would recommend.
