    Chelsea was great and helped me remove an extra link in my watch today. I’ve bought jewelry from here and it’s always a seamless transaction and very informational. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

    I love that I can custom make jewelry here. They are so friendly here. I am going back to create my second piece of jewelry for the special person in my life. Jennifer and Alex are AMAZING.

    Raquel provided outstanding service! She was patient and provided great advice while my wife decided which band she wanted to pair with her ring. There were several options to choose from and Raquel assisted as needed without being overbearing. Financing options were thoroughly explained and my wife left smiling from ear to ear! I definitely recommend her services for whatever your needs may be

    This review is about my customer service experience. I walked in there this past Tuesday evening. There were 2 employees, 2 customers. The young man told me "we'll be with you soon" so I waited. About 10 minutes go by, the lady at the register was too busy talking personal matters with the customer I guess to even notice I was there. I walked up towards the register, stood there for a few minutes hoping she would at least ask me if I had a question but she didn't even look my way. Another 10 minutes go by, the young man was now busy doing something in the computer, the lady at the register still chatting with the customer not once acknowledging I was there. I finally walked out, very disappointed. All I had was a question about an item gifted to me.

    I went in there ther other day looking for wedding bands for my fiancé and I and I was helped by Lavon and Ashli. Both were extremely professional and made my whole experience so much easier. I’m super stressed because my wedding is in a couple months and they just made it feel like I had nothing to worry about. Thank you to the staff at the Patrick Henry mall. Awesome customer connecting and I will definitely be coming back.

    I came into Kay’s trying to get my ring resized. I haven’t been able to wear it in four years for various reasons. The first person to greet us was Chris, and I was so glad! She took care of my situation and offered suggestions based on her expertise. I picked up my ring today and I’m in love all over again! If you’re looking for “the place” this is it.. and she’s the one!

    The sales associate either lied right to my face or had no clue what she was talking about. I went in to look at anniversary bands. The band she took out was very expensive (1200) so I told her I was looking for something more in the 300 to 400 dollar range like they have on their website. She quickly grabbed the ring back, rolled her eyes and said, we don't carry any rings at that price. She said, what website was this? I said, the official Kay website. She said, it sounds like a fake website. She said it may say Kay Jewelers but it's really fake. So, I walked across the way to Zales and not only did I get the ring I wanted but was also given a big discount. I went home and looked and yes the Kay Jewelry website absolutely carries bands between 300 and 500 dollars. I know it wasn't super high dollar but seeing as though the store only had one couple looking in the window, I'm not sure they should be throwing business away like that.

    If your going to any Kay's Jewelers go to the one in New Port News. The employes are really nice and helpfull especially Brandon. I had got a ring for my future wife and Brandon was there to help me pick out the best one for a best price.

    Bought a mother's ring here. One of the stones fell out in less than a year and Kay refused to stand by their product and replace it. Terrible quality that it can't even last a year. They wanted me to pay them more money to replace the stone. Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere.

    WORST STORE EVER. SHATTERED MY STONES. Engraved it WRONG 2 months later I FINALLY get my ring back just for it to have gouges in the stones and a giant chip on the corner. After 2 repair opportunities I REFUSE to send it back to THEIR SHOP. When I asked the manager about it they were confused and just told me to call their customer care line. THEY COULDNT EVEN GIVE ME PAPERWORK ON THE NEW STONES THEY PUT IN MY BROKEN RING. I have not even received an apology or anything. I’m DISGUSTED with how they handle this. And to just be blown off to call a number when I bought a $1200 ring! This store should be ashamed of themselves!

    I came in a couple months ago and bought 3 LeVian rings for myself and my daughters. I know with each LeVian purchase you get paperwork of authenticity. I have yet to receive this paperwork. I called a few times the other day and you can clearly hear someone pick up the receiver and then hang up straightaway. I have emailed Layla SEVERAL times and keep getting excuses and still haven't gotten a reply. I had to call another store to get the information of whom to contact at that store since I couldn't get through. I called again and this time someone answered. I asked for the manager, conveniently he's not there. I ask to speak to the assistant manager, but they were at lunch. I left my name and a number for Brandon, the store manager, to call me. I am not surprised I still haven't gotten a call or an email. I have been a loyal customer to Kay's for 20 years. I have several pieces of LeVian and spend a lot of money there. I won't be back to buy from them again. I will call LeVian to see what needs to be done to get the paperwork.

    An awesome variety of diamonds, precious stones, jewelry and precious metals all fashioned into rings, watches, necklaces, bracelets, trinkets, earrings and whatever you can imagine. The selection is good, the layout is dazzling and the staff are well trained, personable and engaging. Maybe one day I will hit the lottery so I could actually afford to buy something from there!

    Bought a MOVADO watch in September 2022. The watch cost $1500 and stopped working 6months later. The watch has diamonds around the face not an every day watch. I may have worn the watch 6 times. It never got wet, it never had any cleaning solutions on it, I kept it in the box. I returned the watch to Kay Jewelers they sent the watch to Movado to find out what was wrong. Movado sent the watch back to Kay’s with a $99.00 bill saying the battery was dead and that’s the price for replacing the battery. Kay Jewelers sold me a $1500 watch with a bad battery and wants me to pay for the repairs. The assistant manager Alexander (Patrick Henry Mall) is giving me the run around. First-He told me there’s nothing he could do to waive the repair charge. Then he gave me online costumer service who told me they can’t do anything cause the watch was not purchased online. I asked for the store manager who’s name is supposed to be Ashley Taylor now he’s telling what she is going to tell me. I am so disappointed in Kay Jewelers over $100. The watch cost too much money for the battery to stop working in 6 months. I will never do business with Kay Jewelers!!!
