I
wasn't
going
to
leave
this
review,
but
after
cleaning
some
dishes
today
and
having
my
cuticle
bleed,
I
think
something
needs
to
be
said.
When
I
was
looking
for
a
place
to
get
my
nails
done,
I
specifically
chose
this
place
because
when
I
think
of
spa,
I
think
of
relaxation
and
calm.
I
didn't
receive
that
here.
I
left
the
place
sweating
and
anxious
over
what
else
may
hurt
me.
It
honestly
felt
like
the
technician
was
still
learning
how
to
do
nails
as
he
was
pretty
rough
with
mine
and
kept
making
mistakes
with
my
color.
It
also
felt
like
an
eternity
being
there.
It
took
him
2
hours
to
take
off
my
acrylic
nails
and
put
on
gel
polish.
But
anyway,
the
details
of
my
pain
are
as
follows:
1.
When
the
technician
started
to
take
off
my
acrylic
nails,
he
started
drilling
at
my
first
finger
and
was
rather
aggressive
with
it
causing
me
to
recoil
back
in
pain.
He
apologized
and
continued
onto
the
rest
of
my
nails
going
more
gently.
2.
On
to
the
manicure,
it
was
going
as
well
as
it
could've
gone
until
he
pulled
out
the
cuticle
clippers.
He
did
the
first
4
nails
fine,
but
when
he
got
to
my
thumb,
he
cut
me
and
I
started
bleeding.
I
was
in
a
lot
of
pain
and
have
been
for
these
last
couple
days.
I
hate
writing
negative
reviews,
and
I
feel
bad
even
now
typing
this
but
I've
danced
around
the
idea
of
never
going
back
to
this
place
for
fear
that
I
may
get
this
technician
again
and
get
hurt
a
second
time.
I
love
the
color
of
my
nails
but
the
pain
has
me
torn.
I
think
a
lesson
on
nail
etiquette
would
be
ideal
for
the
technicians
so
they
can
practice
being
more
gentle
on
customers'
hands.
