The doctors are really good, but the ladies at the reception ( not all of them, but one in particular) are not as attentive to non-causion clients. It would be lovely if those ladies (or lady, name forgotten) treated everyone the same. We are paying from our own pockets after all. To conclude this, the doctors are fantastic and the reception people need a bit of work.

Rooms are not very wheelchair accessible and access ramp much too steap and dangerous when it is wet due to rain outside and people entering with wet shoes ect. Luckaly the staff are mostly friendly and accommodating. Very expensive place to visit. 😜🤭
