I’m not sure who the “shift lead” was on December 3, 2022 but whoever it was needs to be fired. My sick mother just went through the drive through with my younger sister who is a 12 year old child, and the person running the drive through got very nasty with her during the order over the brand of chocolate syrup. When my mother went to the window to confirm she got chocolate syrup and not mocha, because mocha is for coffee and is NOT the same despite what the drive through worker was saying, the shift lead came to the window and started yelling at my mother and cursing at her as well. We did not get a name. I’m going to the store now to order and will get a name but if not then the manager needs to look into this and handle it accordingly. We usually have no issues with this Dunkin but this shift lead’s attitude and language was completely unacceptable given the situation. This was over CHOCOLATE SYRUP.

The employees are awesome...but the pastries are always old , stale and hard as a rock. I've worked for Dunkin as a baker and the muffins they are handing out are at least a day or 2 old. That's unacceptable on any level.

Ordered breakfast delivery via DoorDash this morning. Oh boy...don't know where to begin. The order arrived incomplete and in poor quality: the order of donuts was missing (Assorted 6 Donuts), sandwiches tasteless and were not prepped as ordered (not grilled); eggs in sandwiches were cold, coffee without sugar, large cups of coffee were only half full. Called the store. The young girl answered with an attitude and told me to "deal with it". I'm very disappointed with the order and poor customer service.

I frequent Dunkins ALOT! This is by far one of the BEST ones I have ever been to and I love going to them. So nice and quick and always get my drink perfect!

I keep trying to give this location chance after chance. Most every time I say some mobile order I get there and someone says they didn’t see a ticket had printed or forgot about it and it had been over 10 minutes since the order was placed AND none of the other areas had more than one maybe two people. Staff are often complaining about something and seem to be in foul moods. While waiting I have had multiple people make comments times that this is the worst place but it’s the closest for them and most convenient so they keep coming. You guys really need to do something.

You never know what you will get from Dunkin. It usually is the definition of inconsistency. This Dunkin is one of the good ones! It was a busy time if the day and the workers were still pleasant, had my order ready quickly, my coffee was good and strong, and my sandwich was fresh and cooked well!

One of the worst Dunkins that I have ever visited. Rude employees who don't know what they are doing. Will never go there again.

Hard working staff. Most of the younger kids mean well, but are disorganized and rarely able to get a mobile order correct even though it’s displayed on their computer screen. On the plus side, the staff is friendly and well mannered and will correct your order if they make a mistake. I go to them because they treat their customers with respect.
