I arrived at 9am the store was supposed to open waited for 10 minutes along with other clients. No feed back was given to why the store was not opened. I knocked on the window whereas i was shouted at not to do that and told the systems were offline with no apology. A number of times i have been where told the systems are offline. I left returned a few hours later when the same women who would not give me her name or tell me her position was once again rude to me and refused to assist me. When asking what her position was she walked away from me and blatantly ignores me. I have never recieved such pathetic service in my life

The line to the paypoint was long but the staff was on top of their game as we did not line for long the disappointment was that they did not have the green plastic bags so transparent ones were used,I personally don't like them as everyone can see what is inside.

Would rate the place 0 service is very poor,went there to activate my store card and to my surprise was told that I need to make a purchase of R500 first in order to activate the card,asked for management none was present instead a guy who was assisting at the till point by the name if Simphiwe called another one by the name of Tefo whom when I asked if he's the manager he sent me to another by the name of Morena who's apparently the acting store manager which they all confirmed the same thing that in order to activate my card I'll need to make a purchase of R500 so that my card could be activated but what was surprising it's that the SMS I had received with regards to my card activation did not mention any spending I asked for the customer service number it was a struggle to get one.Very angry

I always buy my clothes at Ackerman's it's been years since I'm a valuable customer & the service is great
