There's a receptionist by the name of Lerato or Palesa at this clinic, she doesn't treat people right with respect and we end up losing respect for her because of her attitude. If she doesn't love her job why can't the clinic find someone else fit to do the job who knows how to work with people, and the staff here takes a long time before attending to people like they don't run a clinic , tz like they run a circus or their own surgery... Let the clinic have more workers and receptionist cz these people they even go to lunch all of them and leave the patients unattended, we wait long hours here and it's not nice because some of us have got job's to go to.
