Food and milkshakes are always good and Eugenia my waitress was exceptional and friendly!

Eugenia served us well with a smile. We gave her a lot of work as our son spilled juice and she offered us a new table to sit. First time in Bethlehem as we were going home and the experience was great.

Don't go to this wimpy is you want good service and a friendly atmosphere! Our waitress was very rude to us. We asked for a few minutes to check what food we would like. After 2 minutes she returned and we apologized and said we need a few more minutes to look at the food. She then brought our bill...... we returned our bill and said we should like to order our food. She then proceeded to tell us how we are waisting her "time". No manager made a food call or asked is everything fine. I was very disappointed!!!! I will NEVER go back to this wimpy!!!

I'm not from around here and I'll be leaving tomorrow (unfortunately 😞) and this was very nice! I had a delicious bar-one milkshake and the service was great! Miss Tshidi was very sweet and made sure we got what we wanted. I didn't buy much but compared to the Wimpy that is in my area (or most restaurants around my area) this was a very nice. I also saw the allergy sign and that was great too! I don't have any allergies but it seemed like a good thing that more restaurants should have. Thank you and thank you to miss Tshidi 😊

Large variety of items on menu,service is usually a bit slow but waiters and people at counter usually are friendly. Atmosphere is very nice, well lit,comfortable seating.

The worst service i have seen anywhere we waited almost half an hour for 3 milkshakes . When they arrived they where watery and tasted as if it was full of crushed ice. When we had finished we waited almost twenty minutes for a bill which never arrived. We went to pay at the counter and the till slip was finished which took another twenty minutes to replace. Never again.

Ordered regular filter coffee. Was served regular Wimpy coffee. When I asked about it, I was told it is filter coffee. Unfortunately, I know the difference. 18 May: I have to redeem the staff at Wimpy. About a week ago I visited them again. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Service was great. Thank you Wimpy owner and staff.

Bad, bad, bad service. Really rude waiter/seating lady. Half hour before Wimpy closes. Threw the menus on the table and actually wanted us to leave as she was busy cleaning the tables. Will never visit Dihlabeng Mall Wimpy again. Sad.
