It's a typical Panarottis pizza restaurant. Make sure to get Louis as your waiter. He is very attentive. I've always received excellent service from him.

The hospitality was great ....I however fell sick with my whole family after having their food.i didn't want to make a scene however they were not willing to hear or take that me and my family had no other food either than theirs on Sunday.......as I type my 4 year old is vomiting and diarrhea with stomach cramps. Me and my husband are having a running stomach the whole of today

Order a pizza and get surprised to been served that nice pizza in Italian style - unfortunately not common in South Africa nowadays ;-)

I heard a new question when I ordered a pizza as a take away today: "Would you like extra cheese on your pizza?" I of course said no thanks, because Panarottis has the right amount of cheese on their pizzas. Right? Not right. Not today. Their was almost no cheese on the pizza. Instead of pizza I ate a tomato sauce flat bread with a few toppings. What a disappointment. Do we now have to pay extra just to get some cheese on your pizzas Panarottis?

We made a booking for my daughter's birthday party. For a second time they messed up the bookings. Fortunately they managed a quick plan and seated us at another table. The kids were able to enjoy themselves, however, this is the second time this has happened and it makes me think that it could be a regular occurrence or we are just extremely unlucky or disliked. Other than that it is a nice place to dine out, especially for children.

Would really like to know at what time their kitchen closes at night? Phoned on Monday evening at 7pm and was told the kitchen had already closed. Phoned today (Sunday evening) at half past 6 and was told again that the kitchen has already closed for orders. If there is a specific time, please just inform your customers. We would like to support your business within your specified hours

I had a lovely experience. I got take-away (Pizza). However, I was warmly welcomed by the waiters. And the Pizza was scrumptious 😋.

I can't complain about anything. The food was great and is quite reliable as it tastes great every time. Probably one of the best places to eat pizza and pasta in Bethlehem. I really do recommend them.

No better pizza place...saucy Supreme chicken and mushrooms...hope I got that one right...

I am rarely impressed, I ordered a coffee milkshake and a calafornian pizza, some of the different pizzas I ate in the past tasted like it was bought pre-made and frozen, but today it tasted fresh and flavourful, I also appreciate how the parmesan cheese was grated, it actually tasted like real parmesan cheese. The coffee milkshake was artisticly flavourful, if the waiter had a smile it would easily be a 5star, but I guess restaurants are more about food than anything else so ill give it a 4 star.

Warm and friendly welcome. Food exellent. They went out of their way to accommodate special request. I recommend it with peace of mind
