Stayed over for 4 nights. Lovely hosts. Lovely room and breakfasts were very tasty. We will definitely be staying over again when in that part of the country on holiday

Very smart, but electrical blanket did not functon. The shower's warm water tap stayed cold, even after 15 minutes running, we had to bath in the adjoining room. We could not open the cold water in the shower, the water tap was too stiff to turn. The breakfast was excellent though. We do not think Fisant Guesthouse deserve a 4 star rating, rather 3 stars.

Guesthouse is clean, safe and had nice reviews before I went there. Unfortunately, when we booked it was super rainy that weekend. Our experience started well as the stuff was accommodating for checking in late. Then they explained that the electricity seems to have problems and trips (it will turn itself back on). So it went out and never came back on, we call the number we were given and the lady was very rude. Saying she can't do anything and we must speak to the owner that is in Cape Town, we called and he hung the phone on us. 5min later then arrived at the guesthouse. We were asked to be responsible for the electricity ourselves as they couldn't fix it the whole day. In short, the experience wasn't handled professionally.

We were 11 members attending a funeral in bethlehem Botlohong and were treated very professionally and assisted when we required assistance. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were cleaned daily.

I had a 2 night stay at the premises, the reception was great, but had t make my own since the staff never bothered with room service. Had to make my own bed ,something I would expect done after a long day of work.

A homey type guesthouse. It was warm and comfortable. Just a pity there was no water the morning I left. But it seems to be a municipal problem.
