Loved the place, clean & they were very welcoming, I can't fault them with anything

From receptionist to cleaners are friendly and sociable. The rooms are clean and we'll decorated with art work. WOW! the food and food handlers make you want more

Rooms are beautiful and the location is good. They do not offer dinner but give you a voucher to buy anywhere you want

I'm not a very wealthy person. I use to stay at the Frontier Inn. And then I decided a while back to book in at your place, because at that time it was in my budget. And to be honest with you I have never regret it. At arrival your staff is very professional and friendly. So I booked again for this past weekend and I experience the same thing. Your rooms is extremely comfortable and unique. I will not mention your breakfast and staff that prepares it. I honestly can't compare any other places with your place. And that is all thanks to your staff members that really looks after your customers and property. I congratulate you all you are the main asset to the Loft. Thank you once again. And I have booked again for the 30/09/2023.

Had a truly memorable time. They are the only place in Bethlehem that I called at 2am for a room that answered and gladly provided accommodation at a discounted price because I came in so late. The setup and reception were most appreciated, the staff are friendly and always eager to assist where they can. Thank you to all the staff at The Loft

The place is super cool, attractive and welcoming. Staff is like family members. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful.

In my opinion I feel that this place is one of the best lodges that you can stay at in the Free Sate. Its very clean although it has an old interior in the rooms. When there is load shedding you still have power, which includes the air conditioning and the wifi is still available. Breakfast is good. The is adequate parking and parking bays on the street. There isn't much dining optins in this town. I will definitely come back to stay at this lodge. The staff are very friendly and very helpful.

I was in room 1 on the ground floor . It smelt like an old carpet …I really really disliked the smell overall. The only good thing here is the friendly service

The Loft is a decent place to stay. Rooms are tidy, well equipped and you have safe parking. But if you placed in room 107 right next to a big generator switching on at 2am due to loadshedding its becomes a very unpleasant experience. Two pillows over your head to try and drown out the noise does nothing!

Lovely little place, good parking, secure, close to places to eat and drink. Friendly day staff. Nicely decorated. Unfortunately i did not eat there as i had to leave early but i am sure the food would have been just as lovely.

The breakfast is not wow and their tables are dirty.

Staff is friendly, braai area is available for self catering. Kids are well catered for, also food outlets are close by if you are not planning on eating at the lodge.
