Worst customer service I have ever received, being assisted an hour and a half later and on top of being pushed behind after a gentleman walked in and claimed he had been there prior to our arrival. I would rather reserve my query and get assistance elsewhere.

Very poor and disgusting service

Worst client service I have ever seen. They are not willing to go the extra mile for their clients. If not for Telkoms excellent prices, I would have canceled my contract because of the Telkom Kiosk in Bethlehem.

Verry poor service received today,they even put the phone down in youre ear and they all have different stories and my problem is not resolved even though my system is still under warranty,will never recomend them or even work with them again,im cancelling my contract because of bad serv or maybe can I call it no serv

Very poor service, the lady behind the desk rolls her eyes when being asked a question. Unwilling to assist. Only heard excuses, no explenations. This contract will not be renewed, we will rather change service provider.
