I am beyond disappointed in the security and management system of this mall. My two month old son was crying while I was shopping in Checkers. I went out, took a chair in the corridor and breastfed him. The first security man comes, greets, compliments my baby and pass. Second one comes: This gentleman tells me I must go out or go breastfeed in the toilet. Further says I'm showing my shoulder and breast off in public and men should not see that, I should take a blanket and cover both of us. Continue to argue that it's a national law to not breastfeed in public. He claimed that management gave them this rule too. As a Midwife and professional nurse, I tried to educate him about the benefits of breastfeeding and allowing mothers to breastfeed in public. Further tried to educate him on how he would feel if his wife had to breastfeed outside or in the toilet (unhygienic space)/ with a blanket over them in this heat but he was resistant. I was shamed in public (with my family) and will not allow it to happen to any other woman moving on. I hope Dihlabeng Bethlehem Mall do right for all breastfeeding mamas and babies. Educate their employees or make a breastfeeding room!

Just like most malls I've visited,very clean with a lot of security personnel inside and thers a few new shops that one didn't expect to see.stl one of the best.

Really enjoy this mall. An original coffee shop would be an amazing add in the future. Otherwise we always go here when in Bethlehem

Lot's of people walking in the hallways but not many in the shops...? Thought there would be a Dischem in there by now but there isn't. The outside parking area seems a bit chaotic and there are lots of people just standing in the parking lot for no apparent reason. Bad road with lots of potholes to get to the mall.

Very convenient and close to the road, it is very clean and it has some friendly people black or white. There is a car guard that helps the elderly and huge respect for him.

Always go to the mall on my way to Durban and I have never been disappointed. It only needs a proper coffee shop, otherwise M&B is there

Usually a positive experience. Biggest problem is the toilets. They should be more accessible. Walking miles for older people is a severe challenge.

I really love Dihlabeng Mall, yes it's not the big mall buh it has almost everything to serve the its community. i recommend it as the best mall we have

The mall is big and spacious with lots of shops and restaurants. Bargain books is a must visit shop if you are in the area and like to read as they have a whide variety of books.

A variety of shops available with plenty of parking. 3 Entrances at mall. Most shops are open during load shedding and public holidays. The taxis are however annoying as they block the entrances. Traffic cops are supposed to be responsible for sorting them out but missing in action.

Relatively good. The only thing is that the road leading to and in/around the mall is covered in potholes etc. Mall itself is clean, efficient and has lots of shops.

The area is like a center for Liquor, Grocery Jewelry, Mobile devices and closer to the entrance/exit with a complimentary of restaurants. In other times they even have cars on external displays.

I visited during loadshedding hours but it was still operational and most stores were still operating its a mall and has mall things not much to say it's good quality I'd recommend if you like malls I guess

Always nice to stop and shop there. Great variety of shops. We only pass through and stock up on some fees produce and groceries. Was pleasantly surprised by all the shops available. I am sure Bethlehem and the surrounding towns is very pleased with this ad on.

So many stores, great options. Maybe just a tad too many stalls in the middle, so it feels like there's little space to walk. Personally Just Not ever been A fan of the sales people insisting you fix your shoes or, buy a jacket, or a phone or something.

Quite a lovely mall and clean with a wide array of stores, I was actually surprised to find it. The Panarottis is quite big there as well.

What is the point of disability parkings if it is not meant for the disabled people. My grandma as well as other disabled people I know has to leave the mall and go home because of the disabled parkings being taken by young healthy people. When my grandma went, there was no parking for her and she had to be dropped off in the road with her small car, she can not walk at all and has to struggle into these small parkings because they are not big enough for her to be able to drive to her door. When we complained to the centre management and told them to clamp the cars with no disability signs they acted like we where the A holes. They refused to clamp these people and does not make sure that their disabled customers has a comfortable shopping experience. Why should you pay for a disability sticker on your car if you can park on disability parkings without getting fined? Why is there a sign that says that your car will be clamped if you do not have a disability sticker but the mall management is too lazy to follow their own rules.

Is like your typical mall, opens 9am if you get there early not crowded.

Most of the shops that are already in town, I really didn't feel like we needed another wimpy, or another spur or another pep.. The list just goes on, it would ge great if we got a McDonald's or something different, its just more of the same and now its killing the old shops we all grew to love since everyone chooses to go to the ones in the Mall.

Nice getting out zone has all the basic, places friendly car guards and a few cozy restaurant's only had pleasant times here! Neat clien and chilling... For a small town mall.

The place is so quite and not congested. It's so easy to go from one shop to the next. It has plenty of parking space. Traffic flows easy as there are three drive routes to the Mall

Most shops closed too early for a Sunday. Quite clean but Covid protocols not consistently being followed
