Lekka place for a lekka atmosphere. Has a decent old school wooden bar inside and outside area. There are TV’s on every corner so that everyone can watch the rugby when it’s on. Snug bar on a corner. Would definitely recommend a beer when passing through. One downside was the locals braaing and sitting by the entrance, no problem with a lekka braai but greeted them politely but got no response from anyone sitting there.. and people wonder why these small town bars are dying out

It's a lovely pub. Nice atmosphere big screen tvs and a host of drinks! Need I say more. Oh yes and there is music played and a lovely lounge setup to relax with friends and family.

We did not eat here. We visited the bar. We absolutely loved it! The decor is gorgeous and the coal heater made it so warm and inviting. The service is excellent and the people so friendly. We will definitely be back. This was our favorite bar in the area. It really is a wonderful gem! Thank you Windmill 😊

What a lovely little gem...enjoyed an ice cold beverage and met the owners...a place with a vibrant and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recomended.

Good steak in a pleasant country pub environment with attentive service by lady owner and her husband. A good choice.

If you are in the area, do yourself a favour and stop for a lovely rump steak or chicken cordon blue. Food was exceptional for a quiet Thursday afternoon in a small "dorpie" There is nothing small about this restaurant. The serving was "large", the food was hot, and absolutely tasty

I feel like we are not welcome in that pub. The reason for that. We ask a wifi but the young lady refused. I don't recommend for anyone to use their services.

A stunning restaurant and pub in the small town of Fouriesburg. The food was very good and they have quite a good menu to choose from. This is a building where you can see the traditional building style of sand stone building. The inside of the restaurant is also very tastefully decorated and has lots to look at. The service could do with some improvement though. this is a worthwhile place to visit.

What a stunning place! The incredible detail in making every inch of it relate to Jack Daniels is amazing! This place is an absolute must if you are visiting Clarens!
