    Terrible service. Been waiting 35 minutes for a take away order of 3 happy meals. When enquiring I get ignored. Pathetic service.

    The level of service at this mcdonald's is really just disgusting🤧 if I could them less than 1 star I would. I waited over an hour for my food to arrive. As I am waiting for my food, people who have ordered after me for sit down had already eaten and left. The shift manager there tonight, Nthombi is not only rude to the customers but to the employers as well. Another lady kept promising me 2 minutes and yet they only prepared my food at 19h59 when my food had been ordered at 19h04. When my food finally arrives, it is cold and there are items missing so they had to keep going back and didn't even give me my kiddies meal. I am truly beyond disappointed in this place👎

    Mc wait mcOrderBubu. Nobody attending people inside the restaurant waiting 30 min now for my breakfast order. Have been cheated out of 2 drinks on my kiddies meal before. Most people realised they got the wrong order after oredering :(

    Turns out the Grand Chicken is not so grand any longer, it's literally the size of the KFC Crunch Burger which costs R15. Don't think people don't notice when you skimp on size and quality... Disgusting. Besides it being a small roll, the chicken doesn't even cover the roll😱

    WORST MCDONALD'S EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD 1. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order 2. I wasn't given the correct drink 3. Both burgers were dry had hardly any sauce 4. Fries weren't fresh, even after that long wait might I add 5. Other people who came after us were getting their food It wasn't even that busy at the time, there is no excuse Never experienced this at any other McDonald's Take my advice, avoid this mcdonalds at all costs

    The service there is very slow. This has happened more than once that I have been there. This time, we waited to pay at the till for more than 15 minutes, the other staff preparing the meals could see us standing there but no one bothered to attend to us nor advise is someone else was coming. I was ready to walk out

    Rubbish service. Waited for a long time, mind you there were only two people on the store, including me! Obakeng who is the Floor Manager didn't want to give me his name. I had to ask someone else to tell me his name. Burger King will give you better service.

    Worst experience ever ...my 1st time coming to this restaurant. The service was very very bad ,staff didn't care much,I had to literally wait for more than 30 minutes before my setting could be cleaned.t I bought Mac fast, the burger was very tasteless,tomatoes and lettuce were not fresh.1st time ever of my life I had such a tasteless burger from MacDonald .I am disappointed. Funny enough some white guy had just compalined with the bad service experience now in store.

    Service is generally ALWAYS bad.. There's a wait regardless of the time of day and the quality of food is lower than the average low standard of the franchise. Cold food, reheated soggy fries tend to be the order of the day here

    - Comfy ambience - Ample space, variety of seating preferences - Big PlayPlace (temporarily closed) - Wheelchair accessible - Beautifully kept rest rooms Served by Bonelwa who was friendly and pleasant to deal with. She calmy explained why my total didn't seem correct to me even though I had told her not to worry. My favorite McDonald's in Roodepoort area

    I have been sitting in the drive through for 35min and not even half way or even ordered yet wish I could say this is the first time but much the same the last. I will rather drive to northcliff next time, it will be quicker for me to drive miles away than burn fuel in your pathetic slow drive through. Fast food no way!

    I’m a regular at this McDonald’s however, the only thing more consistent than I am, is the problems. They haven’t had nacho cheese sauce for ages, which would be fine if they had a sign up at the beginning of the drive-through, but they tell you at the window & then get noticeably annoyed that you have to think about what else you’d like to eat. The staff are so unfriendly, there are probably 2 ladies who don’t make you feel like they’re doing you a favour by taking your order. With regards to the food, they really hate putting enough sauce on their burgers and getting fresh fries is a RARE happening but, whether they’re fresh or reheated, they NEVER have enough salt (asking for salt is another issue on its own). This store needs a real shape-up. I’m convinced the only reason they stay in business is because of the location.

    Worst service ever. Will never be going back. Staff are unfriendly and rude. We came in, placed a order and went to be seated only to be told rudely that it's take aways only and that they do not care because they close at 11pm. The sign outside on the pole clearly says 24 hours. We waited forever for our food. The screen showed to come n collect only for me to wait another 20 min till the food actually came. My order number was even removed from the screen in the time I was waiting. It unacceptable. Customers were fighting because they were not receiving service to pay. Kept on being told that someone will be with them. In the 20min I stood there no one was assisted with payments. This is totally unacceptable. I had to take my food and go and eat elsewhere.

    Beautiful and clean place. Seen a few people using it as an office. My only problem is the poor lady that had to attend to the whole floor on her own. And I mean what I say. The whole floor including coffee bar. Getting food to the tables. Taking cash. Etc. This created unnessesay waiting times that leads into frustrations. I hope she gets reimbursed properly. She deserves it. Surely the shift manager can get involved....

    The food is generally good except when you order after 21:00 - then the quality isn't great. The service is generally good too but a few times they've focused on the drive-thru and neglected the orders from the walk-ins.

    It was dirty, had to call one of the stuff members to clean the table and floor for us, no one is there to ensure that they clean after customers. I hated it and it felt like our food was also dirty. I will talk about how long my order took some other time. Sad considering that it is newly renovated.

    Salty burgers or getting the orders wrong after calling all the items out at the window as if it's a labour intensive job to check a till slip to the items placed in the bag. I would rather drive 50km further to get better service and better tasting food. Every single time!

    1 their service is super bad 2 I ordered coffee and I was given a paper cup that looked like it was used I complained about it and the stuff looked like they didn't care they actually didn't care 3 my muffins were super cold and they were super sticky on the paper, it seems like they were warned many time before they were served to us so I guess they didn't warm them for us because they have been warming them 4 it was my first time coming and I'm definitely not gonna come back again

    I have never experienced such terrible service everytime we order using uber eats and have our goods collected it's such a struggle if it not the manager Thokozani having an attitude we wait for ages just yesterday my partner placed 2 orders and the other one wasn't showing at McD we took the one order and on we were billed twice for two orders when he calls McD today Thokozani still had such an attitude telling us to call uber eats I mean really Thokozani has no customer service and no manners at all

    When the manager Vivian and cashier tells you that it's not the staff job to know how the McDonald's App works, absolutely shocked, but waited 30 minutes to arrive at the cashier downloaded the App for the first time, and wasn't sure how to use it it and thought considering the amount of times I order from this branch and I have never been asked if I have the App, let me get it, this is how you lose market share in the industry, drive thru is supposed to be quick and effecebt with trained neatly presented staff

EVERY time I go there, with such high hopes; thinking that perhaps the staff/employees may have done some introspection, and decided to make some changes in their attitudes and lack of interest in the customer service part of their job.     Service is great though it does get busy and you’re not always attended to immediately. I’ve never had an issue with my order (though I check). The food is often fresh and they do serve quantitatively with Frappes (more chocolate/caramel). Burgers sit well in the box when travelling and chips are not dry or burnt. I commend this branch in serving exceptionally even when experiencing high volumes of customers.

    McDonald's is always great with service. When there is a new baby in the family, I collect Happy Meal toys and present the toys at the baby's 3rd birthday. So my favorite meal at McD is Cheeseburger Happy and a toy. 🍔🍟🥤🧸Fresh food, Smiling face at ordering and serving at all times. Thanks🙏🏽🎄🙏🏽 Went through Drive Thru and it went fairly fast.     I'm disappointed on this Mcdonald. I order 2 happy meal for my kids, no toys was given....I realize this when I was far on my long trip drive....service was poor ..I bought this meal with intentions that my kids will b playing on this long drive, instead Mcdonald disappointed me and made my trip to be long. If is this how you tsotsa customers....realy this is very low of you Florida branch. I'm still angry at Mcdonald even today please fix this.

    The food at McDonald's has gotten very bland over the years. Not a roblem with this branch particularly, but McDonal's in general. I don't mean to offend anyone, it's just my personal point of view. The coffee is great though. Keep it up

    Unfortunately had to change my review from 5 to 1 star as tonight after getting attitude about it from a staff member our order was still wrong! You told me the chocolate pies were in the nugget box great but where the hell are my other 10 nuggets? About to lose a long time customer remember there's another mc donalds just down ontdekkers. Very disappointing! At R90 a pop I feel robbed!

    We from Parys in the Free State we went for burgers it was so dry. I ask for coffee at the coffee cafe we where having our burgers at McD so I thought we could enjoy a nice cup of coffee they gave it in take away cups and I ask to have large cappuccino in cups.     Mc Donald's Florida north must be one of the worst branches after their revamp, staff is unfriendly inside If your not waiting in the drive through you waiting forever inside because those pre-order machines card payments don't work! Tonight I went to the store and order and paid for a chilli cheese burger, sooo excited because I thought it was so quick tonight but little did I know!! They gave me a cheese burger yes a cheese burger!!! So I just wasted my money. I'm so disappointed honestly

    Just ordered a meal through UberEATS, I ordered a large double chilli cheese meal, the burger that arrived was smaller than a happy meal. You people should be ashamed of what you sell, I hope you guys get shut down 🤬 Almost forget to add they used an old bun that was dry and hard, absolutely disgusting 🤮 I won't be eating it, it will be going in the bin.     Worst experience ever. I ordered two burgers and a milkshakes . The Milkshakes came first, big surprise. However my burgers took forever. I had to wait outside in my car, while the milkshakes melted. No explanation of why it took so long. Or even an apology. This is the slowest drive through I have ever been to, in my entire young life. I even had to go into the store to go get my food I bet everyone is better of just cooking at home. It would take far less time.

    The most pathetic service ever. We order two Mcflurrys on Friday night at 19:41. We walked out with our Mcflurrys at 20:59. Talk about fast food at its fastest. Lucky they did not have to cook it. The other people in the queue waited 1 hour for their meals. The staff could not care less. Not going back there ever again...

    Worst Experience. I tied this restaurant on two occasions. One where i waited half an hour in their drive through just to be told "Cash Only" and i have to leave the queue. Second i order inside at one of their machines. Payed and never received a slip. Once i tried to confirm at the counter if my order was placed, no one was willing to help me. And once I got someone's attaention they were rude and just assumed that i have not payed.

    This is another joke.... Am a MR D driver U wonder if they can't afford to deliver with us why they don't stop deliveries simple....     Ordered via MrD, when my order arrived I was not impressed at all. First of all my Strawberry milkshake was straight up sour. I understand it's during loadshedding but this is not fair to me as a customer seeing that I paid for this. Secondly, my burgers were dry, with so little sauce😔😔the chips were dry. It's not the first time I buy from this McDonald's, their food is always good I don't know what happened today. I'm really not happy.

    I think this macdonalds did a better service when is was burnt down and closed. Not happy with MacDonalds today, got home to find my order was not as ordered, I ordered a Cajun burger and requested an extra patty, there was NO extra patty, went back and got attitude from the stuff and the issue was only sorted out once I then asked for a refund. Also ordered a custard Danish to find it was not a custard Danish. And what seems to be stale or refried old chips. Highly disappointed, and seems to be constant problems with the Florida branch as far as quality of the orders and time taken to prepare it, and the attitude of the staff.
