Only 1 teller open for 10 or less items and the whole pick and pay staff was buying bananas in work time and holding everyone up

We have been shopping here for a few years now. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always neat and clean with loads of space to move around with trolley. They truly make it a pleasure to shop here. I believe the staff truly need a pat on the back for a job well done.

I used to like this shop but would not recommend using their Aramex service! Dropped off a parcel a week ago, and it seems to have gone missing! Going to escalate to request cameras be checked, but so dissapointed in this shocking service

I loved this PicknPay it was always my go to instead of the Checkers but today’s experience can’t be excused and I won’t be returning I guess I’ll go to the Checkers instead… I wanted to pay for my groceries with Apple Pay (which is a contactless tap) and the card machine had two options Contactless/Tap and Card/Swipe so I pressed 2 for the contactless tap method and it prompted me to scan a QR code I told the “lovely” cashier that I want to tap with my iPhone and she flipped me off and told me that I’m stupid for choosing option 2 I had to choose 1 and now she has to wait for the machine to cancel the payment so I stood there waiting for 15mins and eventually I pressed the red button on the card machine and it cancelled the payment so that she could do it all over again I payed and told her that they should probably explain it better for future users and she told me or I should learn how to read. Just why?! Well here’s her name Masefadi Mokoene so that future customers can prepare for a bad experience.

Best pick n pay bakery in the country. Buns are always fresh, hot, and big. Till workers are a bit slow and always only one cashier on the express tills so expect to wait in line but shelves are usually fully stocked.

Have always been my favorite grocer to shop at all over the country. Staff is friendly and welcoming at Dihlabeng mall. Prices aren't always that good, but I love the effort that is put into smart shopper customers. Thanks Pick 'n Pay!!!

I get everything I need from here. Staff very helpful. The checkout queue goes fairly quickly.

Everything one may need is always available.i specifically like a certain juice with a specific flavor that i only get at Pick n Pay (don't wanna mention it) 😝.Couldn't leave Bethlehem without going to Dihlabeng Mall 😁
