Extremely disappointed due to their misleading promotion about Nvidia RTX 40 graphic card! Its over a month now since my purchased and I still don't have the free item that they are suppose to provide! Customer service is no help too. Not responding to my emails so I had to call, but only to receive lies that I should receive it in a few days but didn't happened. Called a 2nd time and they are unable to provide me an explanation on why there's a delay other than saying that it will be send once ready... Reached out to Nvidia and PNY directly and both of them said that it is the reseller responsibility to provide the promo item, but JW is just silent about this. On top of false advertising and bad customer service. They have the highest price on most of the products compare to its four its competitors (MSY, Mwave, Scorptec & CentreCom) and they are unable to do price match. Except for that Thermaltake PSU which have a $14 difference. The only reason I purchased this Graphic Card here is because it has the same price as the others and its convenient for me because of the location. Still hoping that this issue can be resolved soon.. and maybe improve their communication.

As well as exceptional service as when I got a new GPU I put it in my pc and the monitor wasn't tuning on, but a quick phone call later I had my monitor working and my new GPU running. Had a great experience here recently. I needed to build an entry level PC from scratch with parts, but didn’t really know much about the whole process. After walking in store I was greeted by a guy named Sid, who couldn’t have been more helpful. He guided me through the process of building the whole thing, chose me parts based on the price range I was after, and explained to me why each part was needed. Even helped me carried the parts to my car! Throughly recommend asking for Sid, and the store in general. 😄

Highly recommended! We had an issue with a laptop we purchased from JW Castle Hill - we brought it back to the store and they were quick in handling the issue, considering it's the Christmas break week when it happened.
