    UPDATE: The manager did her best to make a tough situation better once I made it back in the store. Hopefully the staff will be updated/reminded how to serve the customer better. I ordered a product in the store that was out of stock on the shelves. Took a screenshot and everything so the cashier would know what I wanted. I emphasized that the product was fragrance free. I need fragrance free because of a skin condition. I double checked she was ordering the right product by asking her again and she said yes. WRONG PRODUCT!!! So I’ve had to place two phone calls: 1) to get my refund 2) waiting on the charge to fall off still a week later. And now I have to return the wrong product to the store. Wasting my time and money and gas to fix this is something I can’t get back. Teach young workers to pay attention to important details!!! I called the “supervisor” and she seemed neutral and not that concerned about my experience. Thanks for not caring ULTA.

    I visited Ulta last week and not even 3 minutes after walking into Ulta I felt like I was being observed, I was looking at Eyeshadow colors and noticed some workers circling me. I decided to ignore it until one of the workers rushed over to where I was when I bent down so I was no longer in their sight, and immediately turned around once I stood back up, I became very uncomfortable and left immediately. I understand needing to monitor the entire store but to MAKE someone feel the second they walk into the store that they are being watched is disgusting, I was a loyal ulta fan but after this experience I don't believe I will be shopping at ulta anymore.

    If you ever want your eyebrows slayed book with Kelly. She made my first time going to ulta for this service memorable. Managing her time to even pick out lashes and give me a small tutorial on how to apply them. Thank you Kelly for being such a bright/kind soul in this world.

    Beautiful store with lots of quality items to chose from. However I was surprised that the employees did not have the same qualities. No one greeted me when I walked in. I also asked a young lady for help. I couldn’t tell if she worked there or not, she was busy putting on makeup in the mirror. She responded like she was too busy to help. There were several employees standing behind the register desk talking instead of doing their job.

    They helped me find some makeup for my daughter for her graduation. I was greeted at the door & assisted the whole time I was there. It was great & the people are very courteous, I loved it!!!!

    The store is clean and organized however the employees are extremely rude and act like they can’t be bothered with helping customers. I stood in line (I was the only one waiting) where two cashiers gossiped amongst themselves behind the counter after making eye contact with me. I patiently waited but then one of the employees pulled out her cellphone and started texting! I left my items and walked out. Don’t waste your time coming to this location, just buy online or at Sephora.

    Nice when they are open. But they always have weird hours every time I go here that makes it so they are randomly closed, different from what’s on Google. Idk if they have occasional staffing issues or what but not reliable to be open so I usually try a different one if it’s about the same distance

    Really nice and clean location! The parking lot is a little crazy though. I got my hair cut by Jazmine and she was super friendly and funny and did a great job, I definitely recommend her if you're looking for a stylist!

    Had my hair done at ulta, first time and it was amazing experience. Stylist jazmine was really good. All the employees were so nice, friendly and very helpful. I can't wait to go back and shop and have hair done.

    I went in a few times and Laurel, Ivy, and Melissa have been very helpful helping me find what I need and assisting me while also being very kind. They are the type of people that draw me into coming in more often because they help me find exactly what I’m looking for. They have showed amazing customer service and it’s very appreciated.

    Wow I went to this location while visiting from out of town to grab some quick things I left back home and the customer service was amazing! Casey was so nice and knowledgeable and also sold me on some new products! I’m not sure how the service is any other time because I’m not from there but it was great when I went!

    I was helped within 60 seconds of walking in, and the employee helped me match a new concealer, narrowing in on the exact match and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing what color I needed in this new brand. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and even had another employee ask if I needed any help on my way to the checkout. Highly recommend this location!

    Kay who works in fragrance grabbed the wrong product for me before. Only after explaining to her what one chanel fragrance I wanted, I had to open it in the car to make sure it was the right one this time (it wasn't). I informed her that the tester was in the wrong spot so it was mislabeled. She assured me that I was wrong and it wasn't mislabeled. Then grabbed me the wrong scent AGAIN. She didn't apologize for the inconvenience at all and was dismissive. The store was clean and fully stocked on the bright side , the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. 😁
