Unprofessional and just nasty. Rip off and rubbish massage. I thought it was a legit massage place it’s a snoff lol

yeh very bad. I asked and charged for 1 hr massage. lady told me to lay down and wait for a minute. that minute was 30 mins of waiting. not only i waited half an hour but they only massaged for half an hour. i complained why its only half an hour and she replied i paid on this "time" showed me in the receipt. clearly cheating

Would Never go back . Started ok then other ladie come in and asked of both could do it at the same time..She was just rubbing up and down on my back other one just little moves on my legs. while talking the whole time. I asked them to actually massage me ( I do not care about the talking) but i actually NOT getting what a paid for.

I was given a $100 gift voucher and due to COVID was unable to use it under the recommendations of NSW govt. I went today to have a massage performed today and due to it expiring (only given 6 months to use it) 4 days prior they would not honour the gift voucher and when I tried to reason with them they said too bad and that if I wanted a 1 hour massage they would charge me $50

Very dishonest, very unprofessional.. I don't recommend this place to my worst enemy. No one should go here. They should close down thats how bad the experience was!

Did not feel relaxed when I had my massage today 😩. She brought her phone with her and it keeps ringing. Would have been nice if she kept it silent. Was charged $50 for 30minutes.

Not sure if it was the touching inappropriately, asking if I want to be “finished off“ or the way she yanked and whipped my head around 180 to crack it which they’re not suppose to do, but I won’t be going back, ever. It was more of a fast rub than a massage at $50 for 20 mins

Got the 30 min treatment, and the service was great, did my whole body, each section was done really well, the workers at that day were so sweet and took care of me and my partner, I would go back! Thank you ladies! 😊

I would have given zero stars if I could. Asked for a 45min massage , receptionist said 1hr better, I said no sorry only have time for 45mins. She said okay 30 mins then. I gave up and only went with the $50 for a 30min massage which didn't go for 30 mins in the end. My massage started off with one lady giving a very soft massage then some how ended up with two people trying to massage my back and legs with no real idea at all. Both ladies constantly talking with each other......not relaxing and without a doubt the worst massage experience I have ever had. When I reject the offer for extra services the whole attitude changed. Don't go here if you are expecting a good massage. If your after a different type of massage then please visit. Never Never Never again.......

Asked if they body scrub and massage - she said yes but then proceeded to do just massage. I paid for 45 minutes ( up front) and then had two of them working on me for only half an hour ( I did not ask for two!). I don't think they understand English very well

I called and made a booking for 3 people and she confirmed it when we went in at the exact time she said no only two people after we waited 2 hours to be told by her I don’t care this is how I run my business to bad.

Would not recommend. The therapist was inappropriate. I spoke to the one in charge & offered a voucher for 30mins massage. I’m not keen at all to come back

Very very unprofessional. My husband said worst massage ever. When he was not interested in the extra service she was offering, she got extremely rough, nearly pulled his knee out. She threw his neck and head around, his Chiro said he has never seen his neck so bad. Paid for an hour and was out in 50 minutes. Do not go here unless you are looking for “extras” 🙅‍♀️

Got the 30 minute treatment and wishing I went for the full hour because it was awesome. Probably not for anyone overly sensitive to joint cracks, but it was perfect for me (maybe just let them know about sensitive areas and they'll adjust). Great service
