Won’t ever return to this medical centre. Receptionists are horrible, so so rude. Stood there for 5 minutes whilst they continued their conversation instead of acknowledging me and doing their job. Just handed me the new patient form without even saying a word. Again stood at the desk with the form to return while they ignored me, had to interrupt their conversation once more. Didn’t even see the doctor as we left after waiting 50+minutes. Receptionists should be warm and welcoming, yet they are so cold and rude.

Wouldn’t even rate this place one star. Dealing with the useless receptionists to the incompetent doctors (every single one of them) is really not worth the unacceptable worth times here even with an appointment. Owner needs to stop replying with his useless generic messages asking people to email feedback when clearly he can see all the feedback here and has done absolutely nothing to fix any of the issues. Instead of refurbishing the place how about you work on a better system that works and provide better service from all doctors and reception staff, surely that’s not asking for too much!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars due to my terrible experience. The customer service was extremely poor, with rude receptionists who were unwilling to help. I'm not sure what the underlying cause of such low-quality client service is, whether it's understaffing, low wages, or overcrowding, but I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if possible. On a positive note, Dr. Aysha was friendly and professional. Although she is not my regular GP, I was satisfied with her services during a quick one-off check-up. Additionally, the gentleman who collected my blood was professional and friendly, although I can't recall his name.

We have only been attending for a short period. Dr Lodhi has been taking great care of my son. Parking lot is a bit of hazard but it's still under construction. The ladies at reception have always been welcoming, even when you can see they are under pressure.

Hammondville and surrounding suburbs are so blessed to have such a state of the art medical centre that offers so many services! Dr Khan and his team are so friendly and helpful! Parking is easy as well. I highly recommend this medical centre to everyone!

The new centre at Hammondville has been immaculately constructed with modern furnishings and is easily accessible. The receptionists are always very helpful in booking in appointments and helping resolve any enquiries. The level of care provided by the doctors is fantastic, having seen more than 4 different doctors for various issues relating to both myself or my children. Would highly recommend this medical centre for its facilities and staff.

Recently seen Dr Sridhar as I was having extremely hard time and he helped me, he is very empathetic, listens and made me feel comfortable attending the medical centre. The wait time wasn’t long at all. Only negative was that I didn’t feel comfortable checking in with reception. They both made me feel unwelcome, I understand it is difficult times and a lot of people can be nasty towards medical staff, but it’s just sad that the attitude is taken out on majority of patients who are polite as well.

Doctors are very good. I am always satisfied by the diagnosis and treatment. The new clinic is quite spacious with good seating capacity.
