Took my cat in as he was having trouble sitting and walking. Dr Tom made him jump off the table to the floor during the examination. Was told that he had blood poisoning due to me not feeding him raw meaty bones and was quoted $1000 to have his teeth removed. I left him there and felt completely like a failure as a pet owner. Decided to collect my cat and take him to my usual vet the next day. They immediately noticed how uncomfortable he was and decided to look at his hips and found 3 vertebra damaged. Imagine the pain having to jump off the table would have caused. Oh and while examining him my vet flicked off the tartar that was on his teeth (he was an old cat mind you) for no charge.

Atrocious experience from start to finish. Took my dog in to get a few teeth removed and he ended up with a post-operative infection that ate away at the flesh on his back. After taking a blood test I was told the results showed my dog had the infection before the procedure (that's convenient excuse for them), but upon further research I found this interpretation of the results to be false. Additionally, the vet nurse was extremely rude and obnoxious on three separate occasions. I totally regret taking my poor dog here. It took him just over 3 months to fully recover, and the response I got from the vet was more about covering their back-sides than concern for my pet.

It was my first time here today and was the best vet experience ever. I had so many questions being a first time dog owner but never got to have them all answered. They really take the time to sit and listen and also give amazing feedback on what’s best for your pet. Highly recommend won’t be going anywhere else! I wish I had been going here all along!
