What a weekend! From the day we showed up to the day we left we where surrounded by amazing facilities, services and hospitality. Stacey was absolutely amazing, her assistant throughout the stay was remarkable. She made our holiday so easy, relaxed and fun. I could not recommend this place more. We will definitely be back!

If you are looking for 5 star accommodation in Mudgee then Evanslea is pure luxury. If Mudgee is the crown of the Central West, then Evanslea is the jewel in the crown. The charming Orchard Cottage offered and delivered private and peaceful accommodation. Stacey is a beautiful and an amazing host whom is only too happy to help ensure your stay is hassle free. Thank you to Stacey and all your staff for a truly wonderful experience. Will be looking for another excuse to return. I just wish there were more stars I could add to the review.

We really enjoyed our stay here, a lovely quiet spot . The gardens and surrounds are beautiful and the bird life is truly representative. The Gardeners cottage was impeccable, all on one level. The eggs and bacon and loaf of bread made a perfect breakfast.

We booked through their website for 2 nights and also got a upgrade to the Willow cottage which was beautiful: The rooms are beautifully designed, the amenities work for a short stay and the fire in the cottages an absolute mood setter! This is our second time here at Evanslea. Our host Stacey was so hospitable. She makes us feel welcome and always asked if we require anything. The cottages are so clean and cosy especially in the colder months with the fireplace crackling. Do your self a favour and book yourself a weekend away.

If your planning a trip to Mudgee, I highly recommend Evanslea. Whether your a family or a couple. Whether you have a pet or not, Evanslea is the perfect holiday destination. It all starts with Stacey the host, who goes over and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cottages we stayed in was top notch, clean and charming. the grounds and gardens around Evanslea are well manicured and inviting for you, your family or your pet to just stroll around in and picnic in even. Your essentially located on the main street of Mudgee with about a 15-20 minute walk to the town centre, with cafes and a few restaurants around. Lots of good pubs as well. Evanslea also has a swimming pool which kept us cool after a day in the own and the surrounding wineries. Really I can say there is anything wrong at all with Evanslea and Stacey the host...5/5.

This accomodation is stunning, amazing and the perfect spot for any occasion! Beyond this, Stacey is the most incredible host, ensuring all guests are well looked after. She is lovely, kind and so welcoming. The photos do not do justice to the amazing experience at Evanslea!

Stacey was an amazing host. We were running very late due to road works but Stacey ensured she was there to greet us. Her welcome was warm and sincere. We were provided with some breakfast goodies, a cheese platter and a beautiful bottle of wine. The fire was burning so all we had to do was sit back and relax. We received a text thr next day to check if we required anything... The accommodation was amazing! The grounds beautifully manicured and so peaceful. Our puppy was welcomed and as this was her first long trip she settled in perfectly. I cannot recommend Stacey and Evanslea highly enough. Grab a book , a glass of wine and take in the ambience of Evanslea....you won't be disappointed ❤️🥂🔥

Evanslea was one of the luxury accommodation that allowed our 2 year old to stay with us (other similar places only allowed adults) so major bonus for being family-friendly! We stayed at the beautiful Evanslea Gardener's cottage and were welcomed with a local bottle of wine, cheese, crackers and other snacks. The cottage was spacious, the king bed was comfortable and our family enjoyed the large spa bath in the middle of the room. The grounds felt secluded despite being in the heart of Mudgee - it was conveniently in close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go around town. Thank you Stacey for being so accommodating! We can't wait to visit again.

A gorgeous estate with multiple private cottages surrounded by gorgeous gardens. Spacious serviced rooms with great air-con to keep us comfortable though a heatwave! Equipped with an expanse entertaining areas including a pool. As well as a tennis court, koi ponds, an event marquee and access to the river!
