If I could give zero stars I WOULD! Elsie is the rudest cashier I've ever encountered in 45 years. She yelled at me over putting items on the belt instead of leaving in the basket. She was condescending and cocky. She screamed in the phone for her manager. She escalated things for no reason but to be mean to me. I left very upset and without purchasing any items. I will not return to this location because of her. Sad thing is a gentleman leaving the business next to Dollar Tree saw me upset and knew exactly who I was talking about!! I will be contacting the owner. Nobody should be treated in that way especially your customer :(

I had to give 1 star but don't deserve any star!!!! I was in this store this morning and the cashier (elsie)was very rude...i purchased some item's and she charged me for 3 of 1 of the item's when i only had 2 and i said something and she was so rude and then she didn't give me a receipt and when i asked for a receipt she said you have to have over 20.00 in order to automatically get one???? What!!!! never heard that one before... Nasty store..... Won't be back to rude and the store was nasty!!!! This is a add on....I have went back in this store and got the cashier on video being rude with me and talking very rude to other's, she told me to flip my cards over and i refused and she argued with me but i stood my grounds and refused to do HER JOB. Then she got mad cause i didn't know how many flowers i had she said it makes my job easier if you know how many you have, what....i didn't know i need to count how many im buying???? So i reached out to the corporate and forward my video and i haven't heard anything. Now i reached out to the headquarters Im starting to feel that NOONE cares and that's how elsie keeps her job!!!!! But I'm sure the news would be interested in the story that's next!!!

I want to thank the wonderful employees for assisting me with finding the bread since the store had been rearranged recently. All 3 employees were extremely helpful and friendly(2 check out ladies and 1 staff gentleman!) I especially want to say to 1 of the 3 staff.. Please do not reprimand the employee who found the bread.. She had no one in her line to help provide extremely excellent customer service to do what is required for a 5 Star review

Beware of this location. There is a woman on the register who scams customers. The first time this happened, she walked away from the register to show me different cleaning wipes that they had so I could switch out the ones I had originally picked up. She ended up still scanning the one I was going to trade them out for while I wasn’t looking and I didn’t realize until I was at home. I also was charged for laundry detergent that never made it home with me and I thought that was really weird because they normally bag everything at the end of the counter. Well today this same woman also walked away from the register again while she was helping me and there is a lighter (for candles) in my bag that I 100% never wanted or even picked up. I didn’t realize this until I emptied my bags at home. She also didn’t give me a receipt but tried to embarrass me by saying loudly “um you’re done here, you’re all set.” So I thought maybe she put the receipt in the bag and I was mistaken. Nope. I was likely charged for something she threw in my bag that I never wanted. I don’t know what she gets out of doing this, but the fact this happened on more than one occasion is alarming.

Very disappointed, stood in line for ever cashier was to talkative to a point the line was down the isle on top of she was the only person. Added another star because the cashier in there yesterday was fast sweet and move us along quickly that way we didn't stand long in line🙂

As I walked in this morning, I noticed a terrible smell in the glassed-in vestibule. I looked around and there was trash all over the floor. When I got inside, I saw a female employee stocking the shelves. I said to her, "Someone needs to attend to the vestibule, it stinks". She said, "I never noticed it". I said, "Then go out and smell it. And while your out there, notice all the trash on the floor." She, in a not-so-pleasant tone said, "That's because our customers throw it there". Things went downhill front there and I walked out stating I would never return. Then I told her to F___ Off as she followed me out of the store. Is there any civility with employees today. I was just pointing out a situation that would make the store more inviting to customers. There are plenty of other dollar stores on the area that are a lot cleaner. I'll never return.

Still disappointed in the $1.25 price point. At the time they stated they would be able to bring in different and larger items. I have not seen that. This is a chance to shop the smaller, independent dollar stores.
