My daughter told me about new milk tea shop open in Caringbah opposite side of train station. We ordered 2 fruit tea Mango jasmine and Passion fruit green tea. After that We ordered 1 more “black sugar soy milk matcha to try. Test good. Delicious! black pearl so warm and chewy. 👍 You can choose sugar and ice levels. Don’t forget to receive a loyalty card when you purchase 1cup/1 stamp receive $7 after 9 drinks.

I was waiting a while for a Gotcha to open up locally, and I’m so glad I did! Definitely the best bubble tea in the Sutherland Shire hands down, fast service and the yummiest bubble tea with the perfect sugar to drink ratio. It’s also a really cute shop, with pink tile and flowers, if you’d like to take some aesthetic photos!

Amazing! I love the Caramel taste and they also have green tea as well. Sweet 💕

The fruit green teas are so yummy and the drinks take about a minute to make so you're not waiting long at all! It's very close to the station, and the staff are always super friendly. If you order a large you get a very cute pokemon cup! They also have a rewards stamp card.

So excited to have this in Caringbah! Sometimes Gotcha stores can be hit or miss and this had such good balance of flavours. We love the black sugar range and the sweetness preferences were spot on :)

First time trying Gotcha and it did not dissapoint. Got the strawberry macchiato and it was beautiful. Definitely going to order again
