The package and the service that I received from the Camera Warehouse was excellent. I am happy with the FujiFilm X-S10 that I purchased, and I am looking forward to shooting many photos on my upcoming trip to Uluru.

Worst experience ever. Never buy from here please. I ordered some items from this store asking for a express shipping. They didn't arrive on time and I had to go to the post office to pick up them. Moreover, the worst part is that the order was wrong and they didn't want to be responsible for the cost of my extra expenses for this inconvenience. They propose a couple of extra solutions which only benefits them. Very disappointed. I don't know why this store has high reviews as they are not professionals and assume responsibilities.

Customer service was great and helpful. Delivery date was out of expectation which is out of control from camera warehouse. Overall they were doing their best to help. A dealer you can count on for your next purchase

I grabbed a Fuji through the Camera Warehouse eBay store and couldn't be happier. With this particular model of camera being out of stock in most places, I was really glad Camera Warehouse accurately listed their stock and were able to ship it quickly. It arrived within days. Great price too.

Ridiculous. I went into this store to buy an expensive camera that I had spent months trying to convince myself that I wanted. and then I meet Dan.. He spent time talking to me and working out what I would be more happy with. He showed me a less expensive expensive camera that I absolutely love. While I am at the counter some random customer walks in, looks at the camera I am holding and starts telling me how excellent his one is. This blokes knowledge and the service I received was outstanding. 6 stars out of 6. Thank you.
