The store has a lot of stock across beefing, homewares, fabrics etc but it’s messy which doesn’t make the shopping experience pleasant. We asked for assistance with doonas however the service was lacklustre and a little nonchalant. Undercover parking for all the centre stores with lift and escalator access to all floors.

You can get all your crafting needs here. We recently used their balloon service to collect party balloons full of helium. Called ahead and even though it was late on Saturday staff were fantastic. We also got silver and gold foil for the cake.

The store layout and stock were fine but very understaffed! Massive que as when we entered, only one person was serving. Shortly after another member of staff arrived to serve but the que kept getting bigger. I wanted to return one item and collect another but spent ages waiting to then find out my order was wrong

Good store - has plenty of stock. But be aware the escalators don’t also work (not Spotlights fault) so you may need to walk up a couple of steep escalators to get to the store. Also, a Covid compliant store.

I was shopping for some items I couldn't find and approached nearest staff member. She was very helpful, left what she was doing and took me to the appropriate department. I also received a discount, fur to bring a loyalty card holder.

We visit this store regularly and are pleased by the friendly and helpful attitude of most of the staff. However, the elderly lady at the cashier could benefit from a more welcoming and friendly demeanor.

A well stocked spotlight although smaller in craft supplies than Alexandria still a good selection and helpful staff who try their best however try and pay at back counters as front one is always under staffed and has a wait
