Not happy with these guys took my bike there that I brought else were for them to get going and service got it back 1.5 month later still not going properly things left unscrewed hose clamps left off lines reckon thay have done this and that on paperwork but wen u go to the bike and pull stuff apart like the jets for instants it was still green and all clogged up and someone put the feul filter in the wrong way so it wouldn't run properly, not to mention spending over $1200 on getting all off this and still having to fix it myself pritty perthetic for a motorbike store with a workshop and apparent bike mechanics all I can say is never take bike to these guys to get worked on cause thay are just theving ppl who carnt do a professional job.

Bought a brand new Honda CB125E and paid cash. Rode the bike out and stopped at the bush intersection and the bike stalled and wouldn’t turn back on. I put the bike in neutral and walked it back to the dealership to be told that the battery was flat. They had to jumpstart the bike for me to ride it home on its maiden voyage. Come 1300km’s later I drained the oil to complete the oil change. Only 400mls of oil drained out into my measuring pan. I consulted the book which outlined that the bike must have 800mls of oil. I topped the oil up and sure enough it took approximately 850mls of oil. Will never be purchasing anything from Beard Brothers again as I do not have time for sheer incompetence and idiocy.

During this years Correctional Officers Remembrance Ride, I began to have issues with My KTM SuperDuke start switch. Stranded in Bathurst on a Saturday morning and running out of options to get it home. My dealer, Coffs KTM directed me to Beard Brothers Motorcycles, the local KTM dealer in Bathurst. These guys went out on a limb to help me, someone they did not know at all, and went about the mission of getting me up and running. I was lucky they had a demo bike because they actually stripped it down to remove the switch block and wiring to replace the faulty unit on my bike and save the day! I cannot thank these guys enough. I highly rate these guys. True champions of the cause for good customer service. Something rarely found these days.

After a fresh top and bottom rebuild, had to take my bike back, could tighten nuts & bolts by hand. also the clutch was not engaging, and leaking from seals and has since continued to leak. Will go to a trusted mechanic, that takes time to make sure the job is complete and satisfactory. Not to mention the customer service after spending after spending as much as I did. !!Recommend Timmy Tobin!!

Wow what a great store, great brands and a great amount of stock. I haven't visited this location since they moved from the original location and I was so impressed. Recently I had to order some body panels for my scooter through Beard Brother Motorcycle as they are the only Suzuki dealer in town. The staffs were friendly and the ordering process was quick and easy. The parts arrived within 2 weeks and they were well priced.

Away from home and destroyed my rear tire in the dirt and hills around Mudgee. Phoned them 5pm and they booked me in for 9:30 the next day. Professional and did fast work, back on the road by 10:30 for a great price. Thank you
