Dr. Maamoun is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such expertise and willingness to listen and discuss and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming his patient.

Went to see a doctor and met with Dr Rong Ji. She is best doctor after hours doctor I have met so far. She takes her time to find a solution. Will definitely recommend her.

Located in George Street parramatta. The medical service centre is mainly for after hours till late night and we were not disappointed with the emergency at hand. My friend needed a treatment for a deep cut in his hand webbing close to midnight. Called in and got necessary help from the receptionist and then medical support from the doctor. Highly recommended in Parramatta location especially for late night medical service or consulting for moderate level medical situations.

I had so much pain and I found this centre that was open on Sunday. The doctor that saw me was Dr. Ruksana Chowdhury. She didn’t want to listen to my problem and history and several times she interrupted me and said something else. Then she didn’t want to do my cervix test and swab. She told me to go to do it myself. I asked her to do it because I need the pap smear too. She attacked me that you didn’t tell me before and tore the paper for test that she printed very angrily. I said please let me talk I will tell you what I need but she interrupted me again and didn’t let me talk. She said who is your usual doctor. I told about my GP, again she interrupted without listening. I asked her to let me talk and she loudly said you want to confront me. Although I was in such a bad pain I had to leave her room without being examined. This unprofessional behavior is not acceptable and this is the first time I saw a doctor with this attitude.

My son has severe croup in the night at 11:00pm. I looked for emergency then I went to Isra hospital there was a Dr. Maamoun sir and i’m very thank full to him. By seeing my son condition Dr. started the treatment immediately and took lot of care. He his the best Dr.

Receptionist can improve on timely call back to patient or be honest atleast and Doctors should listen to patient's problem, give proper medicines so that patient don't need to go back again and again to receive appropriate medicine which could have been given in first place. Very disappointing service overall always.

Unacceptable behaviour from the RECEPTIONIST, WHO NEED TO BE FIRED. Clearly she manages the Google reviews too, from reading all their responses. Her rude and unacceptable behaviour reflects badly on the hard-working doctors she works for. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Excellent service! My husband and I went to see Dr Mamoun and he was super friendly and welcoming. He was attentive listener so you will not feel ignored like some other GPs I have been to. Highly recommend!

Very bad experience in terms of the care and treatment that I received from the Doctor on duty Dr. Rong Ji. Not that she was just rude, but was also very incompetent and hardly cared to cater my problem. The receptionist is really soft spoken and accomodating. But on the medical advice note it was a waste of time and energy.

It's a really good idea for a late night medical centre here. I wish them well.

I went to see the doctor tonight for a female problem. I went in and she asked me what's wrong etc and I told her, "I'd rather show you than tell you". She didn't do a proper exam at all. Just stick a swab in there and that was it. I wanted to explain the situation but she didn't bother looking at it or asking me how I felt...nothing. I HAD TO ASK HER what she thought about my situation. if I didn't ask, she probably would have just said "ok, ill send the swab off and you can call back in a few days..." As a nurse, im truly appalled by the lack of care even if it is an after hour clinic. NEVER going back here again and do not recommend it at all.

I had a small cyst at the back of my ear. Went to this lady doctor there. I asked her I need it removed as it was making me uncomfortable. All she had to do was drain it and prescribe antibiotics. You'd be surprised to know what she did. She went ahead and told me to go to another hospital and get angiography and ultrasound lol. When I asked her could you drain it she said "this is not emergency department. I can't do that" Total waste of time. What's all that medical equipment in the office for? She needs to use it or maybe she doesn't know how to lol. Don't go to her.

Reception after hours were amzaing and responsible. Depends on the doctor, but Dr Mammoun Absawy's service would improve a lot if she could start working on her communication skills and empathy for younger patients and their parents coming for medical services. Wording of messages and responds to requests could be more professional yet compassionate.

With all the other medical centres in the Parramatta area closed on a Saturday evening, I attended the medical centre as a walk in patient and was seen without too much delay. From the reception staff to the Doctor that I saw, it was a really good experience. I was treated with great respect and would highly recommend this service. This service is very important to have in Parramatta.

Its always a wonderful experience with Isra Medical Centre. Dr.Maamoun is a knowledgeable GP and Saeeda on the reception desk is always cheerful and kind. I am so glad I chose Isra and would highly recommend to anyone.

Dr Ruksana chowdhary worst doctor have ever seen.. 3 hours waiting time just to ser doctor shopping.. who gave her medical practise certificate..

One of the best medical centre I have been to, especially dr. Maamoun. He is so kind towards his patients and never ever in rush. Before sending back to home he makes sure that his patient is feeling well, no matter how much time does it take. I have been to many gps but he is the best of all. So now every time I prefer to visit him. And no matter how much I write it still would be less. May Allah reward him for fulfilling his duties so honestly.

What a pleasant surprise! I went there last night about 8 to be treated for animal bite. Dr Aymal was very nice, polite and friendly, and most of all, extremely patient in responding to my questions. He performed a thorough clean up and dressing of the wound, and recommended further treatment. If you need after hours medical care, this is the place to go. Fully COVID safe!

Great service! One of the best and most professional service in parramatta. I highly recommend this medical centre and what makes it best for students and anyone else is their after hour service! So easily accessible. And my special recommendation is Dr Mamoun he’s a great GP and always looks after his patients.

DR Mohammad Aymal is very caring and competent. I went to see to him after a big cut in my finger and the wound was profusely bleeding . He took care of my injury and I didn't need to go to Westmead hospital ED .

I broke my feet so was very hard to walk at the time, however Dr Rong Ji is very patient and helpful helping me sit down. She's kind and professional, provided me with very useful advises. Thank you Dr Rong!

Went to Isra Medical Services Parramatta last night as I could not find anything else open and both the receptionist and the doctor were amazing. I normally go to our local doctor across the road in Westmead for convenience but I would not hesitate in going here again & I probably will over our local across the road. Really impressed by both the service and the level of care at this place. Thanks again.

Doctors are very good but not the receptionists. They are just rude hung your call in between, put in hold in between and doesn’t come back. Disgusting behaviour and very unprofessional
