I absolutely love this shop. Have been buying bulk from them, especially baking flour. The quality is the best. They also have a great variety of organic products, which I’m always happy to add to my basket as well, and the quality is excellent. The shop is in a very convenient place for me so I love going in and seeing and choosing the products myself. Yes, it can be pricy but not much over what you pay in on their places and the quality of their products won’t let you down. Well worth it if you can afford it. You are what you eat! Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. 😁 Here is my sourdough of their spelt flour.

Great product. Perfect one stop shop for organic products. Staff are lovely and always willing to help out. I started buying online recently as I haven’t had time to pop to the store and it has been seamless. Highly recommend

Good range of organic produce. A bit pricey but, ultimately worth it. I buy organic white flour there . With the postage - approximately $5/kg. 1 kg of organic white flour at supermarket is $4.50. The quality is great - I prefer Honest to Goodness produce but that is subjective. Suggestion: bring the prices in line with the supermarkets.

We have been bulk shopping here for awhile now and the products are great! Staff go out of their way to help with any inquires and even do all the lifting of heavy goods for me. Just love being able to browse products in-store as well. Thank you for your wonderful service.

In the whole I was happy with my order, however the 2kg of peanut butter I got tasted rancid. I let customer service know they said that have found nothing wrong with it and based on this where unable to refund. I will be throwing it out and definitely not ordering it again.

I've been buying from Honest 2 Goodness for years, and now purchase as a wholesale customer. I used to love them, but more recently their customer service and product quality is slipping majorly. This is not the first time I've had items arrive severely damaged, but this time it was clear that H2G warehouse staff packaged up hugely damaged items to be sent - a 25kg bag of oats ripped open, taped back up and then the whole order wrapped in film and covered with 'do not unpack pallet' stickers. A whole box of coconut water crushed, with many lids ripped off. It's been a week and a half and I have not had a single response from H2G with any kind of solution or reparation. So I'm out of pocket, with damaged goods I can't use or sell.... And they're not interested. Hence, the poor rating. I'll also add that last time there was damaged/missing items I had to chase them for response. It took a long time to get my refund. When I've sent complaints about poor quality items (PS don't bother with their essential oils) they literally ignored me - no response whatsoever. H2G - fix your staffing issues - it's not okay to expect your customers to carry the burden.

I'm really glad I found these guys' webstore. The quality of the rice and barley I've bought so far have been fantastic (not to mention very tasty), plus the customer service has been wonderful. Both thumbs up to the team, I'm looking forward to doing a lot more business in the future.

Fantastic selection of healthy foods, from the mundane (salt, flour, oils) to the esoteric. Favourite are the dried fruits, pulses, nuts. Well priced and so much tastier than commercial fare.

Disappointing experience today. The dried bananas are marketed as "without additives and preservatives". When they arrived there was an additional sticker on the front of the bag saying that nitrogen had been added as a preservative. The additional sticker is not in the website photos. More disappointing was the admission over the phone that the other dried bananas also have nitrogen in them, again, not advertised. We buy from Honest to Goodness because we thought they were up front about additives and because we thought the products they sold were free from additives. It makes me wonder how many other products contain additives without being disclosed. EDIT: H2G explained that the packaging is pre-filled with nitrogen and then the fruit is put into the bag. I didn't fully appreciate this at first and I thought the nitrogen was being added directly to the bananas. Whilst this is less concerning for me I still don't think these should be advertised as "preservative free" because the fruit is coming in direct contact with a preservative upon being packaged.

OMG the Almond Butter is to die for! dont waste your money trying all the others there's simply no comparison ...I buy 3-4 large tubs at a time just to make sure I never run out...hubby and I use it daily in our protein shakes or you can just eat it as is from the spoon it's a perfect consistency ☺️👌

I can’t afford to use all of their products instead of go to supermarkets bc shipping fee really adds up for me. but when im getting something online bc woolies is not stocking it, im just happy that a b corp is selling it, and im happy that i can support a b corp in a small way.

I really like this store. Big, well located, easy parking. Staff has always been great, plus the ingredients are some of best in terms of quality. And the prices! so good. Love to have this in Sydney :)

I would give you lower than 1 star as we drove for 2 and half hours to come to the alexandria store. We were there before 4pm and it was closed
