What I love about this place is that the cafe ia designed to give back to the lalor park community just like salt gives flavour and preserves meat to a tasteless and dying world. Food is still very tasty and my long black was flavoursome. Recommend a big brekkie or their hash special if they have it on. Not everyone is going to google and come here to eat or get a coffee from miles away, but we need more of these life giving community cafes that want to impact society and give generously. If you're around in the morning? Stop by for a coffee and chat with the friendly staff. There are opportunities to volunteer here too!

The food is amazing. Fantastic portions, tasty, filling yet very affordable! Coffee is also excellent...and strong!!!! And to top it off, the staff are actually very lovely people, and have no problems getting to aome great conversations with you. Is my go to cafe for sometime now.

This is a great cafe with great energy. The staffs are very friendly. It's truly a neighbourhood kind of cafe where everyone knows each other. $3 for a cup pa - you can hardly find this price anymore. Their tag line is ' Proudly non-profit. (We exist for the community

I was down in Sydney for a few days and decided to have brekkie here and i was not disappointed, as a head cheif I'm quite picking when it comes to presentation and the quality of food but it was lovely both the presentation of my meal and the meal it's self were great. The staff were very nice aswell they made you feel very welcome.

I was suprisingly impressed with this little cafe. It's located along the drab strip of shops in Lalor Park but after you walk inside, the atmosphere is completely opposite. It has a casual and relaxed ambience, and a vibe you find in cafes located in Sydney's inner west. The menu is simple but it's comforting, delicious, good value and it beats those big coffee chains!! I also love the opportunities they offer to the community. The staff are super friendly and you can tell they are passionate about what they do.Well done!

A remarkable enterprise. The staff are lovely. Coffee is ALWAYS great. Home made treats. Laundry and other Community focus. Really good atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Came here for breaky with my parents, thought it was just a normal cafe. The food was awesome, shakes are great. We sat out the back and enjoyed the community atmosphere where everyone was welcome and positive. I’m 30 and I don’t think I’ve ever seen people be so inclusive and kind to each other. Crazy. Love it. Great service, the volunteer was committed to finding my very particular mum something that she would really enjoy. Nailed it. Thank you.

Great friendly service, good assortment of freshly made foods/meals etc... Sadly my coffee was so weak I was disappointed... I must try them again sometime soon

4.3: nice hole in the wall local cafè. Staff were very lovely. We ordered the vegetarian big breakfast with brown bread. It was nice just probably need to ease on the oil as it was a bit greasy. Very generous on the bread though, mushrooms were cooked nicely. Their extra hot chai lattè was well made. And my husband is quite particular with his hot drink and for him to say it’s good then it’s good. 👍 They could sure use an upgrade on the entire cafè and we saw they’re going to launch their website soon so that’s a really good milestone. Well done guys. Would definitely come here again.
