Love this cafe. Food is consistently good as well as the coffee. A lot of customers return for those reasons. Customer service is great. There are seating outside for those that bring their furry friends. The place gets busy on weekend mornings but don't hesitate if there's a table available. They have seating at the basement as well!

We got served and seated straight away. Very friendly and professional staff. Food was great. Shared a hot Chick and Waffles. Food came out quick too and was very tasty and we'll presented. We'll be back when passing through. Thanks

Spectacular food, service, and atmosphere. I have been going here for the past 6+ years and loved every visit. The hot chick or hot chick burger is my favourite if you want spicy chicken. The pink lemonade is a must get!

How on earth do they have 4.3 stars? The pizza I ordered had nearly raw veggies and absolutely no crust. Did they microwave the pizza and threw in some steamed veg on top? Huge cubes of raw eggplant, on a doughy bread with raw sauce and almost no cheese.

I have been to this lovely cafe on and off for years. The food and all about it is always great, but the coffee is just YUM. Even if you don't go for anything else, and you are a coffee freak, like me, you HAVE to go for the coffee. The eggs Benny I had there on Thursday was great too. Highly recommend this place. Parking spots can be hard to find, so try to get there early before it gets too busy. Of course I will be back.

On my visit list from a few months now and finally made it. I recommend making a table booking in advance or be prepared for a long wait. Coming to food, the place doesn't dissapoint. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Service is slow though thanks to all table occupied and everyone wanting to try something new. A little pricey but then once in a while for a change, lovely to visit a Cafe and indulge in good food!

Arthur Street Cafe is a lovely little coffee shop which has the most delicious food. The welcome is extremely warm by the family who clearly care a lot about what they have to offer. We ordered the high tea and had some dietary requirements that they were more than happy to accomodate, substituting out an item and modifying another. The sweet treats are all made by the mother of the family with the Dulce de leche made from a recipe over 100 years old. They were all delicious and you feel like you get a piece of history from Spain. The scones were some of the best scones I've ever had. I'm always on the hunt for some good scones as they are not always easy to come by. They were moist and flavoursome without being starchy or crumbly which is a common failure. The savoury items were very tasty. I had the rose grey tea and would highly recommend it. I read the reviews when looking for a place to take my mum for her birthday and I was really impressed that this place exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

I’ve had their meals more than once and they are consistently on point and accomodating. So nice to know every time will be consistently great tasting and well made! Loved their pavlova platters (such huge servings!) and recently tried their high tea- so tasty! Great ingredients and presentation and a true hidden gem in the local area!

Had brunch with my friends on Saturday morning. It is such a relaxing place. Love their coffee and sourdough, crispy outside but soft inside. Amazing!

Delightful suburban cafe hidden amongst a small strip of shops in Baulkham Hills. Interesting and amusing meal names, wide menu selection including all day breakfast items. Quite popular with the locals, very highly recommend. There's also an overflow downstairs and outdoor seating area.

Always friendly service. The food was delicious, and they had pink themed food for breast-cancer awareness month. This place gets busy on weekends, so I'd recommend booking ahead

Where do I even begin ?! First of all waited 10 minutes at the door to be seated Was ignored and looked at by multiple staff walking past us, finally after being seated was given menus in my opinion with a passive aggressive attitude Placed our order very slow had to repeat a few times ! Drinks were over priced and served in tiny glasses Once the food came out I was shocked to have paid so much for eggs on toast. When given 1 bit of (not toasted) with tasteless soggy eggs unseasoned avo, and the smallest amount of feta ever. Sat there for 5 minutes waiting for cutlery had to ask for it Server was apologetic so not upset about that Food was not impressive at all for the price they charge After paying for extra chips when we didn’t want them we told the server that the order was wrong and we were met by a very passive aggressive “that’s not what was put through” no “let me fix that” or “we are sorry” quite rude response so we said don’t worry and she walked off Waited at the register to pay being ignored by yet again 2 staff. The staff walked up and didn’t say a thing not asking how everything was just said tap when ready Was thrown back by the price $78 for a burger and eggs on toast and some kids drinks, ridiculous As a manager of cafes before this was beyond terrible, lack of customer service and over all just a money hungry cafe. Being a business struck by covid I thought the level of service would be better. Wasn’t busy when we went but staff were very very slow. Would recommend going to the local IGA on the corner for a better feed.

I stumbled upon this hidden gem of a cafe in Baulkham Hills and was immediately drawn in by its cozy atmosphere, charming decor, and the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee. What truly elevated my experience here was encountering Mia, the incredibly talented barista. Her warm demeanor and passion for crafting the perfect cup of coffee made my visit exceptional. Mia’s expertise shone through as she meticulously prepared my Flat White with precision and care. The result was a flavorful masterpiece that surpassed my expectations. Beyond her impressive skills, Mia’s genuine enthusiasm for sharing her knowledge about different coffee blends and brewing methods was a delightful bonus. Moreover, the cafe’s ambiance was a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication, making it an ideal spot for both catching up with friends and enjoying a peaceful moment alone. The array of delicious light bites complemented the stellar coffee offerings, adding to the overall delightful experience. Thanks to Mia’s expertise and the cafe’s welcoming ambiance, this has easily become my go-to spot for quality coffee and a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend visiting this cafe to savor Mia’s fantastic brews and soak in the wonderful vibes it offers.

The workers here are very kind and attentive. The presentation of the food is amazing and also tastes just as good as it looks. The flavours on all their dishes that I have tried are bold and really satisfying. The interior design of the cafe is also aesthetically decorated and well-organised, creating a comfortable atmosphere. I only come once every so often but each experience does have me thinking about wanting to return during the time between visits. So glad to have such a pleasant cafe so close to home.

We have been here a few times now, including getting takeaway during lockdowns, and we are never disappointed by the food and drinks on offer. The menu is fun and creative, the presentation is always beautiful. So Mushroom In My Belly is a great option for those who enjoy diverse textures and savoury foods, and Bananarama is a favourite for the beautiful presentation and banana brulee. The sweet potato chips hit a good balance between crunchy outside and fluffy inside. I didn't love the golden latte (too strong for me) but they were super understanding and swapped it for another drink for me no worries.

I’m sorry guys but after reading the reviews for your cafe we decided to stop in for lunch. One review stated “ Top Class Food”. Wow!! Really!! What my wife and I was serviced was definitely not top class food. It was very average to say the least. Both the morning Glory meal and the Halloumi Burger were disappointing!! On the other hand the chips were very nice! Service was good!! Coffee nothing special to be honest!! Fresh juice was lovely! I always base my honest feedback on would I return and recommend and on this occasion it’s a no!! 5/10 and being generous

Love their menu, it's so quirky and the lunch options are deliciously varied with many familiar favourites. Ordered the We Meat Again and it's my favourite burger to have, great portions and lots of burger toppings for the price. The staff are very friendly, and the service is great. Great atmosphere, great food and a great place for local lunch.

Cozy little cafe with a warm and welcoming interior. The menu had funky play-on words, serving all day breakfast and lunch options. Scones on the menu, which is a bonus! The eggs were perfect and serving sizes are generous. The staff are friendly and polite. Overall good experience, would definitely come here again. Highly recommend.

Great local cafe! Cosy little place, so if going with a larger group you will need to book. Staff are friendly and Marcus the barister there is awesome. Lots of yummy menu options, savoury or sweet. You can’t go wrong with a Smashed Avo or my new favourite Cereal/Chia bowl. Their menu names are quirky and fun…. Like “All I Avo Wanted” and “Cereal Killer” Definitely worth a visit.

Love this place and have come here for years. The pandemic always puts stress on any business, these guys have made great use of the delivery services available and the wait staff in the store are good. I think they should make use of the massive cantilever windows at the front to distribute the orders from as the large unused seating area encourages people to wait inside and the people following the rules waiting outside miss out on hearing their orders.

A good cafe, I think the manager was just under stress when hiring new staff. I do appreciate his work. Life gets in the way sometimes. I'm leaving this positve review because it is a good cafe! Just not a job for someone with anxiety though as it gets very busy there and the demand is high. Thank you for trying your best Fred, kitchen and wait staff and Baristas to accommodate me. I didn't have a completely negative experience. That's why this review is being left. Thank you.

First time here and for a mid morning weekday it was relatively busy. The coffee was hot and strong and my banana bread was toasted and buttered nicely. There seemed to be only one wait staff but she was doing the best she could. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. The menu has lots of items I would like to come back and sample

Such a cute little cafe. It feels super cosy and very welcoming here. The staff are mega friendly and very quick. They serve traditional cafe style food, especially breakfast. It's served all day, so is lunch, and mostly consists of bread, eggs, bacon and pancake style items. All are done very well though and each item is elevated in presentation and flavour. My food was delicious and I thought everything was really fresh. I love the range of cakes that they have available too. Not sure if they are made onsite, but I hope so. It's a bit expensive (the big breakfast is $25) but worth it, if you keen on great food in big portions. I loved their style of scrambled eggs too. Plenty of seating in their downstairs seating section too, so don't be put off if they look full upstairs.

The food was excellent - familiar yet unique. Had the mushroom dish from the brekky menu. It was so yummy. Good service. Moderately priced. Would definitely recommend and come back!

I ordered delivery from here and the food was great. The pink lemonade was refreshing and was packed really well for no spillage. I recommend giving any of their burgers a try! I will be back to try more of the menu soon.

Pretty average for a high-priced high tea. The small portions, a standard of high tea, were odd. The rounded bread best be replaced by the standard finger sandwich. The sweets on the top plate were lacking. Brownie was average, blondie was probably the best out of all snacks, truffle was far too rich and gooey - very hard to even pick up or slice through, the apple slice was good, lemon and pistachio slice was good but very sweet. Overall, most of the treats were too sweet and too dense - scone more like bread, same with the corn fritter. I would recommend the hot chocolate, as it was nice and had a rich and slightly savoury flavour. I would also recommend, for the staff, to check up on customers - I was parched mid meal and could see all the staff were far away behind the counter. Some of the cutlery and dishes were poorly cleaned, too. Overall, an average experience, but nothing to write home about.

Generous pea and ham soup with perfectly toasted sourdough bread; scones that hit the spot. Attentive and friendly service from the lovely Miae. Look forward to returning to this little local gem.
