I bought shoe cupboard inside all plastic cracked while we were putting it together haven’t had a refund as yet IKEA has said I need to disassemble before I could get a store credit I’m really disappointed and thought ikea would have better service. I told the lady on the phone I’d write a bad review it could have been resolved but now I will shop somewhere else. On a positive note they make nice cinnamon scrolls but if you can avoid buying this rubbish

Everything that you expect from IKEA. Massive store with display items on the upper floor. Good thing is if you’re in a hurry, search for the product online and it lists the area it’s in so you can go straight there rather than exploring the labyrinth that is IKEA. Click and collect is located at the front of the store and there is dedicated click and collect parking just by the entrance. There is a $5 processing fee for click and collect regards of amount spend, delivery is $12 so it’s almost worth paying the $7 to have items delivered.

I find it best to immediately approach a staff member who can tell you where the product is. You can waste hours wandering around and end up with lots of things you actually didn't need to buy. Recommend the meatballs at the cafe for lunch. Delicious

IKEA has smart business target suits for customers. From foods, kids play ground, free parking you can see they are always satisfied public needs. Their furnitures maybe not made by solid wood, not too expensive, but designs are perfect, also good for reusing. Many people come to here to buy something even only have a look, IKEA is successful for customers.

Great place to be for a whole day for everyone in the family! So many inspirations around designing spaces in the house. I’ve been loving their storage and organising stuff. Just brilliant! And how to end the trip - a visit to their food court and enjoy the Swedish meatball meal. Another cheap and delicious snack is located right in front of the cashier - menu combos of hot dog, soft serve and free fill soft drinks only $4.5 (yay for budget meal ideas).

Not really impressed with the returns policy. We brought back a kitchen draw liner and six sheets, both of which were the wrong size, both with receipts, However as the receipts are more than 12 months old they will not even offer store credit. Everything is in as new condition in the packet - packaging and still on there system. If I walk into the store I can buy this again. Ok 12 months is a long time, but seriously. This is as good a new stock to them and worthless to us. Thanks IKEA family!

Worst experience ever... I am 9months pregnant and after walking around to find a chest of drawers I went to collect it where a man was able to get it off the shelf and put it on my trolley but when I checked out and asked if someone can help me put it in the car, they said sorry no as it is policy with Covid-19 - which is complete double standards and makes absolutely no scene as they were allowed to put it on my trolley in a store but no one could walk outside and stay 59 meters away from me if needed and just put it in the car?? Either have one rule or no rule!!

No customer sense at all. They keep making mistakes and never apologise or resolve the problems they create. They messed up my address, showed up for a delivery at a wrong time, didn’t wait for my flatmate and cancelled the delivery. The manager would not recognise their wrongdoing and make any effort to fix the situation.

If you've been to IKEA then it's a pretty standard IKEA. If you haven't been, there's a restaurant which is would recommend if you plan to browse or really invest time to plan your home. Despite long queues, they go down fairly quickly and affordable! On the homeware side of things, wide array of choices for home reno and homestyle ideas. Take note of the item number and collect on your way out! Staff seem to be hard to find but helpful once you find one!

Who doesn't love Ikea?! Best place to shop with their easy going returns policy. Have never had an issue. The only bad experience over the years is when I got stuck for hours in the lift and I didn't get much more than a mere apology. My partner had no idea where I was and was worried sick. I was feeling pretty anxious and claustrophobic. Wish they had compensated me for my time or offered some water at least!

It is located on the side of the main road beside a major sports retailer. There is a huge open air car park and indoor car park. Typical of IKEA's world over, the branch has everything under one roof. The layout is very similar to branch in Avenues Mall, Kuwait. But there is no bakery inside so no croissants.

Ikea is great for cheap furniture. Always has been. In terms of customer service though the staff are not very helpful and often ignore you when you ask questions.. but otherwise fantastic store. Lots of parking outdoor and indoor.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IKEA furnitures. Have been visiting IKEA showrooms for nearly 10 years and can go again and again. I love their display floor on top that give you soooo many birillant ideas/ways to use their products. So many varieties/ options. And the best place for families on budget.

NINJA Appreciation Post ! My partner and I had gone to pick up a TV bench. We were helped by Ninja (David), he helped in measuring the different benches and provided us with very useful information regarding how to set them up. He had such great charisma and was always ready to help. 5/5 for his support. 5/5 experience at Ikea Tempe.

always a great place for a day out with kids. food is reasonable . And the market place at the ground floor is the place where we spent most of the time browsing . please spare at least a few hours there, don’t rush it

Place of many things. I find their goods are relatively cheap and effective at what they are intended for. Value for money. They are very creative in the products they stock.

Don't have Ikea in SA so a visit to these stores is always interesting. Intriguing concepts and cleverly designed. products. Interesting buying experience collecting the pieces to build the variation of the flat packed item you have chosen.

  • 5/5 Jack H. 2 years ago on Google
Typical IKEA like all the others in the world. I bought my IKEA items online, so my experience was a "pickup goods" only and not the complete in-store experience, so I can't comment about the showrooms or the cafe. Nevertheless, the store made a good impression and there was plentiful off-street parking available.

  • 5/5 Jannette W. 11 months ago on Google
The IKEA tempe has both outside and underground parking. It also has picking up and drop off area outside the building. The food and children area is located upstairs. The famous foods are the meatballs. At the moment they have family dinner specials for 2 of 8 and 2 of 5 meat balls plates plus two jellys for $29 dollars if you have IKEA family membership. The ice cream and hot dog are located downstairs after checking out near the exit.

Love this place ! The quality of their products is good with a reasonable price ! Where else to get ?!? Their showrooms give you the inspiration how to design your bedrooms , living room ,study room , children rooms , bathroom or anything! I can't stop imagine how to design my home , but you need to help yourself before you buy anything that isn't necessary ! Focus on what you need ! I learn how to build my own furniture too ! But i like it !

Excellent and tidy store. Lot of variety, but finding directions can be tricky. Staff although were very helpful. Still people keep getting lost. Parking was easy. The food there is so awesome given the prices are damn cheap.

IKEA. It a trip out all the time. Staff are often happy and ready to help. Drifting around with ideas for the home can be relaxing. Not so good if you hit the busy time. Cafe is good. View of the plane is good fun to watch. I like IKEA, but understand it’s not for everyone

The store generally is clean and tidy and the displays are quite well presented. There's quite a good flow even when it's really busy. Improvements can always be made to the upstairs cafeteria and the downstairs snack counter at the exit needs some attention to reduce the wait time. Overall a well appointed store with fairly good stock levels and helpful staff.

The usual experience of going through a labyrinth to get what you need. If you're in a rush and just want to shop the smaller items you could skip the showroom and just cut through the restaurant at the start and head straight to the marketplace. Would recommend to do your research before coming here, some of their furniture can be found cheaper elsewhere with better quality. The main convenience shopping here is being able to get your big items immediately as they are all in stock at location. Also the restaurant food wasn't great but at least the coffee and tea was refillable.

The quality is only slightly better than Kmart. Have more fun in finding used furniture at sale area on the ground corner.😂

IKEA is always good, and this one holds the legacy name well. The restaurant is sensational, which great authentic foods at great prices. It also has child care, which is unique and is not what most shops have, giving it another edge on other stores. Finally, the items themselves are top quality and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would greatly recommend it!

Great place to shop 👌 for home 🏡 👌 furnishings and off course the Swedish food 😀 👌 😉 👍 😄 😋 ❤💙💛 Affordable, low price, sustainable, great form and functionality of the home furnishings shop. Love the design and the twinkle in the eyes 👀 factor of it's breathtaking items.

This place is huge! Great access to parking and extremely large building. Inside feels like a mini city or airport, as there are heaps of people walking around, but didn't feel overly crowded until you get to the lower level section. Display areas especially the mini rooms are just fantastic and perfectly laid out, but follow the floor arrows as it can get disorientating. The twisting path to follow is frustrating and it is hard to find some of the short cuts so bring comfortable shoes as it's a bit of walking to be done in this place. The place is packed with product and great ideas, even food section and cafe/eatery but expect that it's not a quick in and out shopping experience if you visit.

Ikea is ikea, the classy Legos of the furniture world. I recommend when you shop for furniture here that you take your sweet time. Most everything is relatively affordable, but not necessarily high-quality. The more high-quality items will definitely make you consider options elsewhere. Also consider the delivery "affordable". Having bought ourselves a couch and other small furniture cost us $49 but another shipment of smaller homegoods cost $15. Customer service is meh, and their app is a little janky (there's some UX/UI features that could be cleaned up). Ikea is a necessary staple for cities like Sydney, and they will have at least one version of something you need, even if you don't like it. We tried out best to utilize the showrooms to get inspiration for furnishing our new apartment, but sometimes the romantic ideation don't quite align with one's budget.

  • 1/5 Fair R. 3 years ago on Google
Incredibly badly organised and hopeless. They have a limited range of products and colours, and still I had to wait a month to get the furniture I wanted. Once the furniture I wanted became available, part of it was not deliverable for another month! even though it was in store. The only option I had was to choose click & collect and find someone to drive me there. Also the delivery window is 12 hours so you have to stay home the whole day as they won’t tell you until the last minute at what time they are coming. And they found a way to mess up my address, even though I had entered it correctly in their system. And you have to wait a long time for the customer service with irritating music. Really hopeless.

Great place to get everything. More Australian made products would be good, though. Coffee’s pretty good. Oh, and the almond cake

  • 4/5 Emma P. 3 years ago on Google
Definitely inspiring for fixing up the house. Plenty of social distancing and the toilets are clean. Some products have the wrong pickup aisles on the labels but I found them by googling. Long long queues to the check outs. Long. Don't go if you're in a hurry.

Thank you for helping me with my issue. I purchased the wrong product, got it hone and then put it together then determined that it would not fit! I call them up and found out that as long as I could bring it back and they would happily change it as long as it was not damaged. Thank you Ikea

Was charged twice for a product by the cash register person. Double check your items total. Lucky it was a $5 item, only noticed when I got home. Not worth the return or the effort to prove it. The products are cheap quality however the price made up for it.
