Update; as of 17.12.2022, Appalling customer service by senior Management. Given that there is a MASSIVE migrant population that rely upon woolworths for essential food items. I am disappointed that my google star rating is now reduced from 4 out of five, to a one out of five. Here's why; a. After 5pm - the checkout operators reduce to two ( see photo), as a result the self-checkout area is inundated with over 20 people and more, and we the public are #nothappy #wollicreek #woolworths #morecheckoutstaffatwoolworths needed to happen yesterday. Woolworths wolli creek is a supermarket chain that is known for its high-quality products and exceptional customer service. While my experience shopping at Woolworths was overall positive, there were a few issues that prevented me from giving them a higher rating. Firstly, I appreciated the wide variety of products available at Woolworths. From fresh produce to household essentials, they had everything I needed for my weekly grocery shopping. However, the layout of the store could be improved. The products were not always easy to find, and it was challenging to navigate the store efficiently. This made my shopping experience longer than necessary, and I found myself getting frustrated at times. Another issue I encountered was the pricing of some products. While some items were reasonably priced, others seemed overpriced, and I found myself having to shop around for better deals on certain items. This made it difficult to complete my shopping list at Woolworths without overspending. On the positive side, the customer service at Woolworths was exceptional. The staff members were friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to assist me with any questions I had. They were also very efficient at the checkout, and I never have to wait too long to pay for my purchases. In addition, I was impressed with the quality of the fresh produce at Woolworths. The fruits and vegetables were always fresh and of high quality, and I appreciated the effort the store put into ensuring the products were well-presented and visually appealing. Went in to ask for help In getting 3 items replaced (if possible) as I’ve received pastries expiring the next day from my online order. Staff were nice and friendly as I waited for the manager. The manager wasn’t friendly at all and it made me feel unwelcome. I’ve been buying groceries here for years now and never felt that way. The manager can be better at dealing with people since she works at a grocery store. People buy and are at times unhappy of the products they get. Woolies’ process may dictate it cannot be replaced, and that is fine. The least you can do as a manager is be friendly enough to your customers.

OMG! If you can get into the car park you certainly can't get out. It spits you out into the towering blocks of flats where you are forced into a one way circuit. I lost 40 min of my life and petrol I'll never get back. The woollies was okay, busy, as you'd expect. Not much news here, sorry. To be fair, the checkouts were busy and self-service was slow, staffed with a very sassy older girl, it seemed the job was a bit of an inconvenience for her. Oh well, it was a Sunday.

We've just moved to this area and so this was our second time shopping in this big Woolies store. Had a very bad experience today 31/07 while going to the self serve queue and unfortunately ending up with a real bad-mannered female cashier. She talked to people like we were in Abu Ghraib or Guantanamo Bay. We were startled with her rudeness and stupidity. We saw no customer service in there, its de-customer service, rather. During this stressful time of covid and all sort of natural calamities, wars etc this is the last thing we like to experience. Will try and find a better supermarket somewhere for our frequent shopping. P.S : Hello Wolli Creek Woolies or Woolworths as a whole can you try to improve your services and staff behavior rather than taking down my review ? That's not on !

Great shopping experience with friendly staffs.

Pick up order via click and collect straight to boot. It’s a good option to avoid crowded stores. Efficient and speedy. This is a pretty big supermarket with a huge range of products. There is also a sushi bar and roast chooks. Good selection in the deli and the seafood bar as well as the butcher. They even have kangaroo and venison meat, not just the standard beef, lamb, pork and chicken. Good fresh fruit and veg section as well as herbs.

Only one big scale supermarket around Arncliffe.

On my way home last night I decided to stop in to the store for the first time as I don't live in the area.. I was in a hurry and incredibly frustrated trying to find the items I needed until I was offered help by your staff member Pierina. Pierina not only directed me to the correct aisles, but helped me collect my whole shopping list! If it weren't for her, I would probably still be walking around looking for olive oil. I am not usually made to feel like I can ask for assistance, but Pierina provided a level of customer service I had not received before in any other store and she ensured that she had assisted me with everything that I needed with a smile on her face! Nothing was too bothersome for Pierina, and it is truly refreshing to see.. and because of this great experience, I will definitely be shopping here again! So THANK YOU Pierina for your help, and congratulations to the Wolli Creek store for having such a lovely staff member.

I had previously given this Woollies 5 stars however, this morning I picked up my direct to boot order that I submitted online last night and was given dog food that was 6 days past its expiry date. I only realised once I had got home so I returned to Woollies less than an hour after I picked up my order to ask to exchange it. Instead, I was met with suspicion with the ladies at the customer service desk saying that it wasn't showing up in their system since it was past 2 days expired. I can understand that may be the case, but I had proof of purchase AND I had literally just been there less than an hour ago. It's not my fault it wasnt registering in their system as clearly a mistake was made on their end. Their pet food fridge was also out of order so I couldn't exchange it for dog food. I typically won't write negative reviews but this was absolutely abysmal - 6 days out of date is totally unacceptable!!!

Parking is very limited and having entrances from 2 streets means there is a significant build up of traffic as cars have to wait for those entering from the second entrance. The store itself is fine.

Great Woolies store, which has a huge range of grocery items to choose from, Hot BBQ chicken and Hot Pork with crackling, seafood, huge deli, everything in the one store. And if you need liquor Dan Murphys is next door, easy to park. And friendly staff.

Great location, variety of selections from local produce. Value for money, discounts almost on every aisle.

Great selection of brands, conveniently located, excellent quality of foods, fairly priced.

Yet another visit to the Wolli creek Woolworths where I had to try three trollies before one would unlock, the only trolly that would unlock had a preferred direction of sideways. It's like this every time I go there. Plus the only way you can buy stuff there is through the self service check out or the one person that has 16 people in the queue. This Woolworths is run to be profitable with every little attention paid ensuring the customer is offered a basic level of customer service.

Great variety available. Live seafood and meat section is plus point. A lots of free Parking spot another plus point to shop here . Close train station.

Huge Wollie's, but never stocked properly. This Sunday morning at 830am I went to buy fresh Danish for my family for breakfast, there were none. Just a few bread rolls. :(

I was bad experience today at 5:30 pm /06/06/22 one of Woolworths staff ask my 2 years old boy bring 1 banana back to the free basket. Accidentally my son he took 2 bananas from free fruit for kid which 1 per 1 Kid. He have one eating and one in his hand. The register staff name Fay ask me to take 1 banana back by follow the policy She said not allow to take 2 bananas. I understand shouldn't have tows and i say sorry and give a banana back to her , she took it back and tell her supervisor, sorry I'm not thief i also bought bananas if she saw it . But the way she talk it so rude.and in front my kid.

Always easy to shop here and great service. Great if you walk, but not drive. Car park is always full and slow to get around. It services both Woolworths and Dan Murphys so is always busy as!

Big, bright, nice and has a huge range of products. Fresh fruit and vegetables but it is becoming so expensive not just lettuce other veggies as well. Location is good. Lots of parking spaces but the traffic flow can be very slow. There is a sushi bar where they make sushi and other Japanese food on the spot. Didn't have a good experience with click and collect as we have to wait for some half an hour, also sometimes they didn't give the right product. Exchange is not a problem but troublesome that people have to come back for that.

My best place to shop... A rush in for a tub of milk ended up with 2 hrs browsing because prices were just too tempting not to put it into the trolley. With prices going up for items I go for clearance and half price items. In house brands too. Thursday and Friday were the best time to get bargains.
