I
am
writing
to
express
my
deep
disappointment
regarding
the
party
we
hosted
at
Zone
Bowling
Dee
Why
on
Sunday,
8th
October,
for
my
daughter's
8th
birthday.
Regrettably,
our
experience
was
far
from
what
we
had
hoped
for
and
expected.
We
had
been
advised
to
arrive
early
to
meet
with
our
host
and
set
up
for
the
event.
Our
guests
were
scheduled
to
arrive
around
10:45
AM,
and
we
arrived
promptly
at
10:30
AM.
Unfortunately,
our
host
was
nowhere
to
be
found,
and
we
had
to
approach
several
staff
members
to
locate
her.
She
finally
arrived
just
moments
before
our
first
guest,
creating
an
uncomfortable
situation
as
we
had
to
discuss
event
details
in
front
of
them.
Throughout
the
event,
we
encountered
several
issues
that
marred
the
experience:
*
Delayed
Bowling:
The
children
had
to
wait
for
an
additional
15
minutes
because
all
the
lanes
were
occupied.
This
delay
disrupted
the
planned
schedule
and
added
unnecessary
waiting
time
for
the
children.
*
Food
Service:
When
the
bowling
session
concluded,
we
expected
the
children's
food
to
be
ready
and
set
up
on
their
tables.
However,
the
children
had
to
wait
for
an
extra
15
minutes
before
their
food
arrived.
Additionally,
we
encountered
issues
such
as
missing
cups
and
napkins,
forcing
us
to
visit
the
front
desk
multiple
times
to
rectify
the
situation.
Furthermore,
condiments
were
not
provided
at
the
table,
and
we
had
to
retrieve
them
ourselves.
*
Cake
Service:
We
had
requested
that
the
cake
be
served
immediately
after
the
meal.
However,
there
was
a
delay
in
bringing
out
the
cake,
and
when
it
was
finally
served,
it
was
done
in
an
unhygienic
manner,
with
the
host
using
her
hands
to
scoop
cake
onto
plates.
This
was
unacceptable,
and
we
had
to
intervene
and
cut
the
cake
ourselves.
*
Timezone
Cards:
After
cake-cutting,
we
were
provided
with
Timezone
cards
for
the
children
to
enjoy
the
games.
Unfortunately,
there
was
a
delay
in
card
activation,
leading
to
frustration
among
the
children
and
their
parents.
Additionally,
we
were
not
informed
that
certain
machines
were
not
covered
by
our
party
package,
resulting
in
an
embarrassing
situation
in
front
of
other
parents.
I
want
to
emphasise
that
my
family
has
hosted
numerous
parties
for
our
two
children
over
the
past
eight
years,
but
this
experience
stands
out
as
the
most
disappointing
and
unpleasant
one.
When
investing
in
an
event
of
this
nature,
we
anticipated
a
higher
level
of
service
and
professionalism.
I
sincerely
hope
that
you
will
take
our
feedback
into
consideration
and
make
the
necessary
improvements
to
ensure
that
other
families
do
not
encounter
similar
issues
in
the
future.
It
is
my
belief
that
no
one
should
have
to
endure
such
a
disheartening
experience,
especially
when
celebrating
a
special
occasion.
