I celebrated my son's 6th birthday here. While the facilities were very good the party hosts were of very less help. I had a group of 15 boys and my party hosts Ayva and Nisha were unable to manage them well. While serving food as well there were no drinks or sauce and had to be reminded again and again for them. The party hosts kept disapperaing and we eneded up serving the kids ourselves. After the cake was cut they disappeared with the cake and I had to ask the staff at the cafe to find them as some kids wanted a second serving. After taking us to the arcade they vanished again. Some of the cards were not working and we had to get them activated again at the desk. There was no assistance to redeem the cards at the end of the game as well. A kind lady at the counter came over and helped us. Would not reccomend having a party with young kids at this place.

Good service. We had loads of fun doing both bowling and laser tag. The facilities were good, the cafe has a good selection of food, maybe some more healthier options. We have had and been to kids parties organised by them and they were mostly run well. Overall a good experience and good fun for adults and the kids.

Organised my daughter’s birthday party. The staff/host there are incredible - very patient, diligent and goes above and beyond to make the occasion enjoyable for the kids and seamless for the parents. I hope they are well compensated. The arcade/bowling was fun. Plenty of on spot parking. Customer for life if they keep the same level of service.

Very disappointed to say the least. Had my daughter’s birthday just yesterday and we repented it straight away. To start with our party host was soo switched off. She was like not happy with the job at all and frustrated the whole time. Most of the time she was not with us. We had to search for her the whole floor for simple things like tissues, water, spoons etc. other staff won’t help us as we are supposed to seek help from our party host and she won’t show up. All kids and guests were thirsty and waiting for water and simple things the whole time. Kids were pretty much unattended the whole time across all activities and even in the room on the allotted table. Then food items we preordered and got mail confirmation were simply missing. We all had to wait. We were not given access to the cake after my daughter blew the candle. Staff snatched the cake very rudely before it could be even cut … I have the video of this act !! Crazy. Everything was quite delayed. We had to comprehend very arrogant and rude staff the whole time. We were there to celebrate birthday of our little one and the staff there made us to feel as if we have done something wrong the whole time. Most of the equipments there don’t work. Sorry zone bowling, castle hill … I give u zero for customer service. U won’t see any of us back celebrating any birthdays there. U lost not just me but many of my friends who witnessed this horrible experience first hand.

Castle Hill Zone Bowling are the best at hosting birthday parties! I don't know if you train your staff differently to the other Zones, but your host's customer service is always the best! Special thank you to Kahtia and Olivia (apologies if I have gotten the names wrong), they hosted Macy's birthday party yesterday and did an outstanding job, ran it smoothly, nothing was too hard, and kept the kids engaged and having fun, thank you girls! The only thing I would suggest is getting the arcade machines fixed as half of them didn't work.

I have been visiting the place since 2015 for kids' birthday parties and family day out. Pretty good place for playing the tenpin bowling 🎳 and the Laser Tag as a group with affordable entrance fee and nice food, by the way my kids love hot dogs 🌭 from the place. After that playing games and earning points that allow you to buy goods from the counter is surely another fun kids can have from the Zone Bawling. Family friendly, kids friendly...we love visiting the place.

Had my son's birthday party here with a split pin party. We started with bowling and then the kids switched to play laser tag after. It was a blast and the kids had a magnificent time. If you're kids are neurodivergent or have a difficulty with a loud environment or lots of flashing lights, maybe give this one a miss. Our party host, Zoe, was brilliant! She catered to our every need and stuck with us throughout the afternoon. Zoe is amazing and made our party the most enjoyable. I'll definitely come back for a birthday party again for my other child if Zoe is the calibre of employee.

Very much disappointed with today’s experience at castle hill branch. The manager behaviour is worst. She is so rude, i would definitely not recommend any of my friends to go there. I wish someone teach the manager some manners.

Nice place for bowling and kids activities. The food is below average. Very noisy in busy time. Recommend a noise cancellation earplugs as really affects your hearing after sometimes.

Zone Bowling Castle Hill is an excellent place for kids parties! Parking is easy, no stress to find a spot. Party room is spacious, it did not feel crowded, and the kids tables are of a great size. Party food was excellent, kids were satisfied with the plate size. If you want to order food, the indoor cafe has plenty of options and it’s conveniently located close to the party rooms. Party hosts Sienna and Zoe were AMAZING, they were always with our group, helped the kids while playing bowling, followed the party schedule, were very courteous they answered all of my questions very patiently and politely. This place was recommended to me by another mum and I’ll happily recommend it for kids parties 🥳

We had my sons 9th birthday party at Zone Bowling Castle hill. The 2 gorgeous party hosts we had were beyond amazing their names were Audrey and Sienna, they were kind, welcoming and understood what it meant to host a great party for 11 kids. The girls kept the children on time for bowling Laser tag, and some arcade games. After all that the food was brought out for the children to enjoy along with the cake that the girls served. The party room was bright and clean. There were balloons on the table. My son had a very memorable 9th birthday party thank you.

Zone bowling did an amazing job of hosting my son’s 7th birthday party. The two hosts were so helpful and took care of everything, the food was great, the activities were so fun - honestly it’s the best experience we’ve had planning a kid’s birthday party so far! Would highly, highly recommend.

Bowling is great, however, need instructions on how to access live score access. There were QR codes on some of the lanes, not all. The arcade games are dated, need a refresh. Good team of staff at the centre.

Had a party here on the weekend and our hosts were Sienna, Jack and Mahes. They were all great with the kids and even though there were a lot of kids it ran as smoothly as it could. The hosts were attentive and tried to get everyone involved. Everyone had fun and was a great day.

Precious was our party host. She has an amazing personality. From the moment we walked in till we left, she was very courteous and took care of everything. It was my daughter’s 13th birthday and her 1st birthday at Zone bowling. Her friends extremely enjoyed bowling and laser tag. Food was freshly cooked. The birthday table was very well decorated with balloons. Precious also helped with slicing and serving the cake. I had a booking issue with one of the games and Precious took care of it. Precious went further by refunding some money for an extra order of drinks which I had placed unknowingly. If you want your children to have the best time, go to Zone bowling Castle Hill. And the cherry topping will be Precious as your host.

Had our son birthday party and welcomed by Anastasia then hosted by Holly. It was a wonderful event with a combo bowling + laser tag. All went well so smooth, I didn't even have to stress about anything. Holly had taken cared of everything, she was so kind, polite, patient and firm altogether. She knows how to handle all boys gang. While all kids had too much fun, I could sit and take pictures and not running around the clock. I wished I had booked them in previous years too! Thank you zone and Anastasia and Holly!

We had a party for our son’s birthday at Zone. The host was friendly, accommodating and really assisted the event to run smoothly from start to finish. The food was good quality and all our party guests were very happy. I literally had nothing to worry about for the entire party. Highly recommend Zone for parties.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our son’s 7th birthday (laser tag & Timezone). The kids and parents all had a really good time. Our party hosts Imogen & Lucas were really good with the children (we had about 22 kids) and had everything under control. The party food options were good also and we had additional spring rolls and fruit skewers. It was all really well organised and easy for us parents as we could catch up and watch the kids all having fun. Highly recommend for a birthday party. Will likely have another birthday party here in future.

We did organise a birthday party for my little one they were very professional and co-ordinated well. The girls Imogen and Suhana have been fantastic host. Took care of kids food arrangements I just had to be around and monitor. Most of the work was managed by these 2 girls. I would highly recommend zone bowling at castle hill for kids party.

Despite the delay, my gratitude for Liam's work has only grown. He made sure every aspect of the event was taken care of, which was a huge relief for a busy parent like me. Liam's enthusiasm and dedication made the day not just stress-free but truly joyful for William and his friends. The games were engaging, and the atmosphere was just perfect for a child's birthday. Second time we have had our kid's party here. Audrey confirmed the party with me over the phone and had exceptional customer service! she explained their new bowling system to ensure all invitees get a turn. They have also now introduced dedicated party hosts that will entertain all the way. We were very fortunate to have Kartia and Precious, and they were so professional, polite, prompt and made the kids feel at ease. Thank you to you both for making our kid's party memorable!!! :)

Absolutely the best place for bowling and Laser tag. Had 9 year old grandsons birthday party there and it was so positive from beginning to end, especially for 18 kids attending. Excellent staff members that stay with you from when you arrive to when you leave, they just take control so kids and adults have a great experience

Used discovery voucher and played 2 games for $24.90. Good value for money. It was busy but not crowded. Bookings are recommended and food options available too. They also have a laser tag area but didnt use that and some arcade games.

Just finish my girl’s party there, I wrote a long e-mail with a very good manner to their manager and also replied their feedback e-mail, no single reply so far, hopefully it can reach them by this way. Here what happens in the party: 1. delay in bowling starting time, that caused the bowling game even not able to finish by time of laser game. 2. No one in charge the line for little kids under 5, parents don’t know where to sit at all. 3, didn’t notice the customers next line using the common area, so the people there taking our seat spot and shouting to us complain that we are standing on their line picking up ball. 4, no table reserved for parents, although I gave very early notice at least one month ahead saying that the parents will eat with kids. The staff came in and drive all my friends off the seats. The party hosting 27kids most of them 6years old , some small kids only 2 years old,the parents can’t just leave the kids there in the room by themselves. I really feel the party is less organised, someone should go through the process in detail earlier with me, so won’t be such problematical, I feel the party hosts just able to solve the problems, not in a good position to lead a good party although they’ve tried their best to help, but still not a successful party at all.

Great for kids plenty of activities to keep them busy with separate areas for functions. Food can be pricey if entertaining a bigger group and not much choice for vegetarians.

On Friday 25th June, attended Castle Hill Zone Bowling with a special group of children, special need needs kids. Bowling was great, we all enjoyed the nights experience. HOWEVER, not so the café fare. Waited 1/2 an hour for our order.....chips/fries were like biscuits, and the bun for the hot dog our daughter ordered was so tough, I had trouble pulling it a part, let alone trying to digest. Total disappointment and at $80 odd dollars for the family feast, was a real let down which soured the night.

A big thank you to Zone Bowling Castle Hill for putting so much effort for our son's 9 year birthday and especially, Kal genuinely ensuring that our party is good and we have a nice time. The extra touch and the care factor was immense and of course, the kids had a fantastic time! Our party host was always willing and ready to show up with what is needed. Went to a party here recently and the staff member looking after us was great. Young guy, i'm sure he had done heaps of parties already that day but he was so enthusiastic and made sure the kids were having a good time and that everyone was looked after. Great experience, will choose this place for my own kids party next time. Food was also delicious and everything was just really well organised.

MAX, RYAN, IMOGEN and KAHTIA did a great job at hosting kids activities right from games to cake cutting. Highly recommend them and the venue.

The staff at the front desk are well trained, we played laser tag and two of our guns didn't work or register so had some kids who were disappointed, the support in the laser tag arena wasn't helpful (they also should have noticed the guns were registering) They did offer to play again for free or refund but the group had moved on to other things so these kids missed out. Food is outrageously expensive and the only place around. Took 30min to get a single serve of chips.

The place was packed. The family and kids really enjoyed the bowling experience. Will be back again.

We had my sons 7th birthday here. We had to add a few unexpected siblings (because who wants to watch their brother have all the fun for 3 hours?) and that was no problem at all. The on the additional platters was well presented and good portions size. They offered a shorter game of bowling which was great for this age group. Honestly, the staff could not have been more accommodating. The boys had a great time. Highly recommend this venue for a party.

A great location including space n food. Nadia was such a delight. She made it so effortless for us explaining us the schedule, being there throughout and helping the kids settle down n have a great time. We are now considering this venue for future events n even some of our friends are interested.
