    I went to the UPS store after a very stressful day at work. I had an urgent project with an important deadline, that was extremely time-sensitive. Everything that could have went wrong with the project, did. Tiffany, who assisted me at the UPS store, was one of the only positive experiences of the day. She was patient, understanding, helpful and kind. I am very grateful for her assistance, as I know it took a long time to get it all done. Thank you Tiffany! You helped make this day a bit less stressful!

    Best UPS Store around! Very helpful staff! They have signs on the floor to help promote social distancing and only allow three people in the store at a time. I have a great experience every time I visit. They always do a great job packing & shipping my packages promptly.

    I am so grateful for the West Bloomfield UPS store! During the last four months, I have required a printed manual for each module of a training in which I'm enrolled. I have been consistently impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff. An extra-special thank-you to Lori for her personal care and attention. The team at this UPS store exudes kindness and is always ready to help. Much gratitude!!

    I recently had to complete my first internet gateway box return and I was so stressed about the idea of doing it incorrectly. I went to this UPS store for help and now I can’t wait to go back to use some of their other services. Kayla, who assisted me, was an absolute doll and deserves a raise! The process was so much more simple than I thought, and her great attitude made this an enjoyable experience. Keep up the great work!

    This UPS store is poorly managed. The lines are always very long and the people working at the front seem to be inept. They recently lost a package, and never even apologized. Their employee Lori was incredibly rude each time I interacted with her! They told me that they'd launch an investigation, yet never got back with me. If you value your shipped items, stay away! Their mailbox prices are high, and with their incompetence and poor service, take your business to USPS or at least to another UPS store!

    I give two stars only because of the kind looking man who was standing there (likely the owner of the store). Lori, an employee, was not helpful. In fact, she almost sent me away and would not have received business for the store. She told me the label I had wouldn't work, that the box I had wouldn't work...end of story. I had to problem solve and work with her to figure out how we could get the job done. I eventually got information that I could use my cell phone to send the label to UPS and that I could use the box that I brought (the one the item came in to begin with). People are going through a lot, Lori. Kindness matters and so does bringing in money for the business you work for. I certainly hope that my next experience with UPS is better and more helpful.

    Worst store ever….beyond being amazing slow they somehow are never really able to fully help you with packages and always want to charge some ridiculous fee to do something that should be covered under the cost of shipping the item?? They tried to charge me $2 dollars to print a label….like what a rip off.

    Needed documents notarized. Arrived at 6:00 p.m. and this store closes at 6:30 p.m I checked website for possible limited notary hours before arriving and there is nothing noted. After waiting 15 minutes in line I was told notary services conclude at 5 p.m. daily because they do not have staffing. However, there were three people working when I arrived. Appeared to be adequate staff.

    What a distasteful crowd of employees. Never left a review in my life, but hoping the owner sees as it was bad enough to take the time to leave one. Snide comments about the number of packages I was dropping off. Oohs and ahs of groans about having to do their job. Unfortunately, I spend approx $700,000 a year on shipping. With UPS having private owners, I wonder how that affects their bottom line with that much less volume going through their store front. Rude people. Disappointing experience.

    They are the “Gold Standard” for UPS Shipping stores. They know that they are Not in the “Shipping business”, but rather they in the they are in “the customer service business”. I have been a happy customer with them for well over 20 years, and will continue to do so!
