I bought what I knew I needed but both staff didn't seem happy & seemed reluctant to help really, was disappointing. If I could get exactly what I wanted elsewhere I would. Might try your Shellharbour store next time.

Staff are always there to assist you! I never have to look for what is in my size. Great range too.

The girls are always really friendly and helpful. Sometimes the products im after doesnt have any in my size so i usually have to go all the way to sydney. Other then that girls are great.

Love the shop. You have such friendly and helpful staff. I just don't get how everytime I walk in all the small sizes are on sale yet all the larger cups aren't.

As a man the staff where extremely helpful guiding me and finding the items to match. Even gift boxed them to make it that little bit special for my wife. I returned two weeks latter and inquired about warm winter PJ's, they helped me with the size and gift boxed them. My wife was surprised that I got warm winter PJ's from Bras N Things, she says they are warm, soft, comfortable and look great.

Larajane and Ellen were both amazing today! Larajane supported me through the whole experience and went above and beyond to be honest, accommodating and overall fantastic. As a relatively newcomer to B&T, U was so happy to have such amazing customer service. Thanks again girls!

I didn’t know that kind of customer service existed anymore. Hayley at the Wollongong store made my most hated and frustrating shopping experience positive and successful. Never going anywhere else ever again

I went to Wollongong to purchase something for my daughter that I have recently purchased to be told we have not had this for months in fact years ! I told her I got it not long ago to be told “ no you didn’t “ I said I did thought to be told again NO the correct response would be either we will look into that for you or even sorry we don’t make it anymore seeeing I in fact DID purchase it Appalling customer service if you don’t want to work with customers don’t be in the industry . dealt with appallingly
