😠 Apparently making an appointment doesn’t matter because they will still take walk ins before your appointment anyways... pathetic! People often mention appointment, clinic, time, wait, minute, Minute, call, told, care, hours,

Minute clinic Came to this location for my daughter. Simple. Setup appointment online. Easy check in. Nice nurses. Not really fast but gets the job done. Highly recommended

I am not against nurse practitioners at all. But when we went to the minute clinic for the first time and only time ever, don't plan on being seen soon. No one was waiting but us, the NP was as slow as molasses. After getting the insurance verified which took 25 minutes, then she finally was able to ask questions about why we were there. First thing she checked was his blood oxygen level which read 91 she said he needs to go to an urgent care. Clearly he wasn't having a hard time breathing but we left anyways. I don't know what minute clinic is good for. I never will go there again for anything.

Only reason this is 1 star is because they don't have ZERO as an option. 2 hour wait for an appointment, then they call and reschedule for that appointment. I do my part and come on time again, only to find out they don't even perform the service that they failed on and rescheduled. These may be good people, but they are either LACK INTEGRITY or COMPETENCY to be a medical clinic. They could not even play middleman on a sleep apnea test. I would not trust this level of incompetence with my health. Not being able manage simple clerical transactions has to be a sign of how poor they will manage your health. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. Absolute garbage

Absolutely rude and I will never go back to this minute clinic!! The doctor or PA who was there on 3/19/23 . Was so rude and disrespectful to me . I didn’t understand that the protocol has changed and she literally yelled at me. Told me if I didn’t like it I should leave !! She also said she was by herself and doing everything!! Well it’s tough indeed but it’s not how you treat patients or anyone for that matter !! This is what you say to someone who is not well non the less to anyone?? The other gentleman before was yelled at too! I walked up to tell the clerks in the front but of course they said they weren’t connected to the minute clinic but they were sorry !! Never again ! Bye CVS minute clinic!!

I don't know why they have you schedule an appointment when they take everyone as they walk in. Had to wait well over an hour past my scheduled appointment. I was asked if I could do things, but not asked to demonstrate. No blood pressure or temperature taken. Just a pulse ox. Whatever. It's over. They didn't take my insurance. It's still better than waiting 3 months to get into the doctor's office for just a physical. Would have been a $30 copay at the docs, but paid $70 instead. Again, just glad it's over.

Wow just wow. Hour wait with an appointment. About as friendly as a hornet. Charged for extended visit while was only 20 minutes. My 19 year old son had a viral respiratory infection. Asked for a steroid shot and told no way. 4995 highland road location. Will never go back. 288 dollars for a piece of paper saying he was there. 🧐🧐🧐

Wish I could give this place a negative rating. If you have a life, do not bother making an appointment as you will wait hours regardless. Unprofessional individuals

Wait time is horrible. Almost 2 hours. Would have given it a 0 star rating if that was an option.

Apparently Tamiflu isn't prescribed for influenza a or b at this Minute Clinic. I was informed of that today. **I know that in a normal office or urgent care, that it is prescribed for both** Save your money - a real urgent care is cheaper and you'll get the proper meds.

What an absolute joke this place is. The national call center (since you can't call a Minute Clinic directly) is even worse. I'm in Michigan. the national call center told me the vaccine I was inquiring about was only available in California. But only 4 weeks ago I was given that very vaccine in Michigan. Now I need a booster, 4 weeks later, and had to call the national call center to find out how many vaccines are in stock at the Minute Clinic closest to me. I was told (after he tried to convince me they are only available in California) that they have 2 in stock. Sounds good..... I'm on my way out the door to get the vaccine. When I get there, the kiosk is down and I can't even sign in. So I wait it out. And wait. And wait. When I finally am called, the clinician tells me they are out of that vaccine. Even though the national call center told me they have 2 on hand. According to the clinician, yes, the computer says they have 2 on hand, but she can't find it in the fridge. Whatever. This is the most ineptly run store/clinic I have ever seen. Idiots run it, apparently.

Don’t even waste your time...don’t make a appointment.. it’s 3 hours, this nurse is probably the slowest you could imagine. Absolute joke. I’ve been waiting for over a hour after my appointment time.

I made an appointment for my wife at 2:00 pm online for 5:00 pm. We arrived at 4:45 and checked in on the kiosk. We waited until around 6:10 when the doctor called the next patients name which was not my wife. I ask the doctor how far behind the appointments were running and she just said some appointments take longer than the allotted time and she would see everyone before they closed. I guess they just take appointments and don't KEEP the appointments

Dont make an appointment for this location. Waited for 2 hours 30 minutes for a 4 o'clock appointment and walk-ins were taken before me. I showed up at 3:50 and left at 6:30. People walked in repeatedly and signed in and were called in front of me. I came for a strep test and left with nothing. 10/10 will never go here again.

I went on Friday .... Hour and 40 minute wait?! I went down the road to an actual urgent care and was in and out within 25 minutes. These minute clinics are a joke anymore.

Super high wait. No one to talk to to ask questions, no chairs to sit and wait two hours

  • 2/5 Joe R. 6 years ago on Google
    Minute clinic? Took two hours.

I don't normally write reviews, but the doctor at the minute clinic was one of the rudest people I've met. Never going back here again

I needed a tetnus shot. Knew nothing about the clinic, I googled it made appt online, it texted me a code to sign in with. I got there filled out basic info. In kiosk and waited 3 minutes. In and out. Was great. Saved a co-pay and had a positive experience. Would go again. I wish there was one in Clarkston.

I was very happy with my visit. I waited awhile, but it was a Sunday. Doctor very nice and listened, a lot! I was really sick, and she fixed me right up! I would recommend the CVS Minute clinic in waterford to anyone!

Please avoid CVS MinuteClinics. I am a current grad school student going for a career as a health care provider. I had several titer test that I needed to get ordered and done in order to start my Masters program. I thought doing it here would be a good idea because the price to see a provider was more affordable. What the provider doesn't tell you (or may just be uneducated in the matter) is that the payment you make in the clinic is not associated with the amount that you need to owe to the lab. So when you ask them after the visit, "Is this payment for the labs and the visit", and they say yes, they're lying. I was sent to collections for the labs that were ordered by the Nurse Practitioner here after being told that the total payment made in clinic was for both the visit and lab order. To avoid all this, pay the extra money and just go see your PCP. There's a reason these clinics are so cheap...they're unethical and uneducated. As a future health care provider, I will never want to work in a place like this, nor refer patients or anyone to a CVS Minute Clinic.

This place is not a "minute clinic" or hour clinic for that manner. I made an appointment, as I was checking in for our premade appointment the nurse took a walk in. We then waited an hour past our appointment time. When we got in she was slower than dirt, I had called ahead to make sure they had the vaccine we needed for my son..they didn't have it or have any knowledge of what the vaccine actually was. After she started to search Google for it I said nevermind...waste of time, ended up at our Dr to get it in the end. A total joke all around.
