Maria and Ernesto made our dreams come true! We orders 3 rings with them, female emerald cut double halo with a matching wedding band and a male wedding ring. Maria was amazing to liaise with and Ernesto literally created our dreams rings. Due to covid restrictions we weren’t sure if they were able to deliver on our requested date, but thankfully they did! A fantastic experience interacting with Midas Jewellery recently. Ernesto assisted me by translating my illustrations for an Australian opal & emerald-cut diamond to be set in 18ct White and Yellow gold as a Pendant. He also supplied me with a 3D render prior to commencement. The resulting pendant that they crafted perfectly matched the sketches I had presented (see attached images). In addition, Midas recommended a chain to match & compliment the design... and assisted me further with my interest in several of their in-stock items. I also purchased a pair of their unique and beautiful Rubellite, Emerald and Diamond earrings set in 18ct White Gold. I saw these on their website and inquired about them when I next stopped by. It was the terrific positive feedback left by others that inspired me to reach out to Midas Jewellery - with their Parramatta location being the most convenient to me. They've been marvelous to work with and the turnaround time to complete my pendant was surprisingly fast and was completed on/by the day requested. The staff at Midas have a profound understanding of all aspects of their craft. Perfect customer service and both polite and helpful experiences were also encountered with each of the other staff I dealt with.
