generally
don’t
post
bad
experiences,
but
this
deserves
to
be
mentioned.
I
bought
a
jacket
from
Myers
Warringah
mall
as
a
gift
to
take
overseas
and
after
giving
the
gift,
I
realised
that
the
tag
was
not
taken
off.
Since
it
was
going
to
be
a
gift
and
the
person
was
also
travelling
to
Australia
in
a
few
weeks
(6
weeks),
I
thought
of
coming
back
to
the
store
with
this
issue.
On
the
first
day
after
returning
back
from
overseas,
I
went
back
to
the
store
to
raise
my
concern
and
to
remove
the
tag.
The
First
Lady
happily
obliged
and
apologised
for
the
discrepancy
in
service
(not
removing
the
tag)
however,
As
I
didn’t
have
the
clothes
with
me
on
the
first
day,
I
could
not
return
it.
When
I
went
back
the
next
day,
I
turned
up
at
the
counter
expecting
this
tag
to
be
taken
off,
however
this
time
another
lady,
had
actually
started
to
question
me
on
the
receipt,
and
Myer
one
app.
I
did
mention
that
I
purchased
this
6
weeks
ago
and
I
do
not
have
the
receipt
as
I
carried
this
as
a
gift.
However
I
did
show
her
the
screenshot
from
my
credit
card
statement,
But
she
still
wasn’t
convinced
and
blamed
me
for
the
mismanagement.
First
of
all
if
I
do
not
download
the
Myer
one
app,
which
state
individual
items,
am
I
culpable???
She
was
indirectly
pointing
as
it’s
the
customers
fault
for
not
having
the
physical
receipt
or
the
app.
Rather
then
apologise
for
leaving
the
tag
on
the
clothes,
she
was
judgemental
and
did
not
even
bother
to
take
ownership.
