Where are the store sale staff?? For a brand that was so recognised a years ago.. to now a place designers dump " end of line, don't care if they sell or not" clothes..

Modern and big! Has everything you could want in a department store and very easy to navigate around! I did my Christmas shopping here and was impressed with the gift sets and hampers and how easy it was to find stuff. I would recommend!

Good mall, there are many stores but the food court is very much lacklustre and bellow par in my opinion. I go here quite frequently and use many of the shops frequently and am never disappointed but I'm never blown away because even warriewood square has a better food court than this and it's half the size

Worst customer service. The staff at the register were playing with the stock doing each other’s hair, then have the audacity to ask me to WAIT while they keep horseying around when I’ve asked them to help me with something. So unprofessional. Myer’s only redeeming quality is their low prices, otherwise I wouldn’t give them my business.

I generally don’t post bad experiences, but this deserves to be mentioned. I bought a jacket from Myers Warringah mall as a gift to take overseas and after giving the gift, I realised that the tag was not taken off. Since it was going to be a gift and the person was also travelling to Australia in a few weeks (6 weeks), I thought of coming back to the store with this issue. On the first day after returning back from overseas, I went back to the store to raise my concern and to remove the tag. The First Lady happily obliged and apologised for the discrepancy in service (not removing the tag) however, As I didn’t have the clothes with me on the first day, I could not return it. When I went back the next day, I turned up at the counter expecting this tag to be taken off, however this time another lady, had actually started to question me on the receipt, and Myer one app. I did mention that I purchased this 6 weeks ago and I do not have the receipt as I carried this as a gift. However I did show her the screenshot from my credit card statement, But she still wasn’t convinced and blamed me for the mismanagement. First of all if I do not download the Myer one app, which state individual items, am I culpable??? She was indirectly pointing as it’s the customers fault for not having the physical receipt or the app. Rather then apologise for leaving the tag on the clothes, she was judgemental and did not even bother to take ownership. - Not happy Very Poor service

Not a strategy for sales success having no one on your tills to take payment, the sole girl on the desk walked away when I arrived telling me to wait for the other guy who never appeared. 10 mins later not one there and exactly the same scenario at your other payment till, a queue with no staff. Sat afternoon, really shocking service left my good unourchased and went elsewhere.

Myer Warringah Mall need to do some basic customer service training with their staff. Asked 1 question and got a very rude response. Remember you are in retail for a reason and should be able to answer basic questions no matter which department you are in you still work for Myer! 0 for customer service and will never shop there again. Went and spent over $100 in Casey's toy store as the lady their was so lovely and helpful. Thanks Casey's Toy Store! Myer review your staff asap they are terrible! Not just 1 but 2 of them so rude!

It’s always more difficult than usual to locate staff members in this Myer, especially in the women’s style section. You can browse for ages and will not be approached, and when you go looking for staff you won’t be able to find any either! However, I’m mindful this may be a ramification of Covid.

Good customer service, good deals when offers are on so stock does run out for popular sizes but that's expected! Really clean and well maintained shopping areas, can find what you're looking for quickly.

Today I went to buy two pairs of boots and a pair of shoes for my wedding. It was very cold and so I was wearing a jacket, tights and my runners (just to add my clothes were respectable- not that it should matter). No one would serve me. Despite me piling shoes up and trying them on. I had to repeatedly ask for help and the looks I got from the staff said it all - I wasn’t someone they wanted to help. After just over an hour of consistently asking for sizes from different staff members and being treated with disregard I left and purchased my $1000 worth of shoes online through the iconic (exactly the same shoes with the same price). If I could give no stars I would. Where has customer service gone? The way I was treated today was disgraceful. Shame on you Myer!

I always love shopping at Myer. Love the new smaller footprint at Warringah Mall. The men's changing rooms are fantastic. A place for my partner to sit and view what I tried on in a private setting with great lighting that shows the actual fabric colours. Well done Myer!!!

I asked for help from a staff member and was rudely responded to. She proceeded to walk away from me and communicate nothing about whether she could help me. I suppose Myer has geared itself up for receivership or purely online orders, giving no attention to floor staff post pandemic. It’s very sad and I will likely not give Myer anymore of my business. I am also a new mother with a baby and walked around for AGES looking for someone who could help me. The only redeeming quality is perhaps the nice parents room, or the uni student types on the register whom I complained to.

Great indoor shopping with a large variety of home items and clothes with convenient parking at multiple levels connected to the mall.

Good range of shops, pleasant layout, you can waste a whole Saturday here for okay money with plenty to keep kids occupied

I have only shopped at the Benefit counter at Myer Warringah Mall a handful of times, and all experiences have been good until Today... I had the best Experience at any cosmetic counter in any Myer ever! Bathania went above and beyond to show me and take time out to demonstrate the products. She was so informative and patient and really knew her stuff! She should really be rewarded for having such passion for the brand that she is representing. Benefit is lucky to have her and if you want professional and honest cosmetic and makeup advice Bathania must be your go to! Thank you and I will be back.

We waited in the queue on Sunday at Myer Warringah Mall to buy some glassware as a gift with our little 1 year old son. We finally got the front of the line and were being served, went to pay and the girl serving us just said, "My colleague will serve you when she's free" and walked off with no explanation. We waited another 5 mins or so, son getting restless. Nothing. She didn't return, or finish the transaction, just walked off. Queue of people behind us completely mystified by the terrible service. We left the store in disgust.

Well presented and merchandised store but as always no staff around to offer service and those that are around move at a snails pace while serving others! A little bit of efficiency in service would see them move onto the next customer. So many items on display with no price....of course no help in getting staff to check.. because they're non existant. 😅😅

I must say it’s very difficult to find good customer service in Sydney, so I hope Channel looks after this employee. here goes a five star! Thanks Hannah.

I am furious about my recent online shopping delivery experience. Last Wednesday, a woman name Dianne called me from Myer and told me that my parcel had been returned to the store. She demanded to know why I was using someone else’s address to delivery items. I was confused by Dianne’s rudeness. Then I realised that she was referring to my mum’s shoes which been ordered online from Myer shoe department staff. I tried to tell Dianne that it was a mistake by Myer staff, and they must have missed a letter A at the end of my street number. She raised her voice “YOU CAN’T USE OTHER PEOPLE’S ADDRESSES FOR DELIVERY”. She just wasn’t willing to listen to my explanation. I asked her to stop talking and just listen to me for a second. I explained that I had indeed given the correct address and that I have been living there for 25 years. It must have been Myer staff who made the mistake. She finally accepted my explanation. I was completely shocked by Dianne’s outrageous phone call. I can’t believe Myer have such rude staff working for them. Does she really think that she can treat customers in that way? Even after she accepted what must have happened, there was no apology forthcoming. I regret to inform you that it has soured my experience of Myer. Your staff is your image. I will not purchase goods from your store in future, until Dianne gives me a formal apology.

Lots to variety to choose from. Very helpful and friendly staff. Use the Myer1 to track your purchase incase you lose the receipt.

Hannah provided me with exceptional customer service. Helping me with buying a product and a problem I had with it. She was continuously polite and made me feel welcome. Being a retail worker at the mall myself I can say she did an excellent job with customer service and I would recommend others to stop and say hi to her while shopping at Myer. Thanks

Customer service has COMPLETELY gone from this store. If you find something to purchase most cash registers are closed with no direction as to where there may be an open register for you to be served. Store is dark & gloomy. No longer a pleasant shopping experience.

Great to have excellent Department stores with Myer and David Jones at Warringah Mall. Staff very accommodating and range of items very good if looking for homewares, shoes, fashion.

We had a very pleasant shopping experience two days in a row at this store. There were substantial markdowns in every department, which is why we visited. The store itself is clean, modern and bright and shelves were well-stocked, and we came away with what we needed to buy, but our return custom was assured by a lovely lady named Helen in the bedding department. She was bright, friendly, helpful and full of useful suggestions regarding the products we purchased and also how to get the best out of the Myer One program and app. We will definitely be returning this week. A nice change to have such a memorable in-store shopping experience these days.

I always find the service at Myer Warringah Mall to be excellent. The menswear department is fantastic ever since it was renovated. Lots of the best brands and they always have great sales on. Homewares is the same and they have an excellent selection of quality glassware, as well as bartending equipment.

It's a really big store and when visiting it's always busy but not too crowded. You can end up wondering around the store trying to find something for ages. The staff there are very nice and helpful
