I
totally
agree
with
the
poor
service
reviews
as
I
experienced
it
personally.
We
have
been
using
them
over
the
years
and
while
we
are
stuck
waiting
for
our
part
from
overseas
for
weeks
due
to
the
virus,
we
asked
them
for
help
in
the
meantime
(1st
time
asking).
They
gave
the
whole
spill
about
why
their
demo
machines
cannot
be
loaned
out
for
this
purpose
and
I
need
to
pay
100+
if
they
want
their
help.
So
I
called
another
pool
shop
asking
the
same
and
they
did
not
make
any
fuss
and
happy
to
loan
out
their
demo
machine.
I'm
not
even
their
customer
yet!
I
called
Swimart
BH
back
and
told
them
how
awful
they
treat
their
loyal
customer
and
their
staff
&
store
manager
blatantly
could
not
careless
and
happy
for
me
to
take
my
business
else
where.
They
completely
failed
to
see
the
potential
sales
down
the
track
if
I
like
their
demo
machine
&
better
customer
relationship
building
instead
of
focusing
on
short
term
peanuts
$$$.
And
for
those
reasons,
Id
NOT
return
to
this
store
even
if
they
offer
free
service
now.
My
business
&
loyalty
worth
something
&
there
are
a
lot
of
businesses
out
there
that
value
it!!
