I totally agree with the poor service reviews as I experienced it personally. We have been using them over the years and while we are stuck waiting for our part from overseas for weeks due to the virus, we asked them for help in the meantime (1st time asking). They gave the whole spill about why their demo machines cannot be loaned out for this purpose and I need to pay 100+ if they want their help. So I called another pool shop asking the same and they did not make any fuss and happy to loan out their demo machine. I'm not even their customer yet! I called Swimart BH back and told them how awful they treat their loyal customer and their staff & store manager blatantly could not careless and happy for me to take my business else where. They completely failed to see the potential sales down the track if I like their demo machine & better customer relationship building instead of focusing on short term peanuts $$$. And for those reasons, Id NOT return to this store even if they offer free service now. My business & loyalty worth something & there are a lot of businesses out there that value it!! Good Bye

Tony, the owner at Swimart Castle Hill has proven himself to be honest. Brad is a pool whisperer! The staff at this store have a can do, helpful, service oriented approach. This is refreshing from a pool store! Brenden removed most of the black algae off my pool yesterday. Swimart, Castle Hill, has been servicing my pool for over a year now and I purchased an Ozonator from them around 4 months ago. This has made a massive difference to keeping my pool stable and swim ready.

I have been going to SwimMart Baulkham Hills for the past 15 years and have excellent service and support from these guys. The staff are well trained. The water testing is always in a cheerful and professional manner. if something is needed they always ask if the item is at home, before getting it to you. They will offer to take anything heavy to the car for you.

Tyler provided a great pool orientation for us! Very detailed including almost of everything! Highly recommend!

These Guys look after my pool and just recently i have purchased a beautiful hydrotherapy 6 person spa..and i went in personally today as i need to check spa levels and the two gentleman that served me today were absolute gems...didnt get your names but highly reccomend this company ..)) they were so polite, friendly and efficient :)). good work guys see you monthly :)

My chemical levels in my pool suddenly went haywire and after vists to 3 other pool companies and spending money on chemicals that didnt work I finally found Swimart Castle Hill and what they said made a lot of sense and the result was I was steered to the right product to get my levels correct again after many frustrating weeks. I have just been to see the guys at Castle Hill and received some sound advice and fantastic customer service, Admittedly it was me that walked in and out of your shop last Sunday but only because it was soooo busy and I needed to be somewhere else. Alas I came back today it was quieter so I was able to discuss my pools issues at length without holding anyone else up. Thanks guys.

They charged me for water test ( I had an account with them) for the reason I did not buy anything.

When you find a great pool place you follow them anywhere. These guys moved from Baulkham Hills and now in Castle Hill so now I have to drive a little further but worth it. FANTASTIC service either in-store or over the phone. VERY helpful with creepy crawly selection and even allowed me to bring the one I bought back and switch it for another that suited my pool better. Don’t go anywhere else!

Great customer service and helpful staff

Just need to be careful to pay when you ask for indoor service. They will take your credit card when you booking and charge it from the card. When I received the invoice and tranferred the money to their account as well and realized it is double charged. Then I tried to contact them to ask refund and I still not getting it back after one week now.

Booked service but no one showed up on the day , called them again , booked it again and the same thing no one called and no one showed up. They most likely don't care .

Have lost my business. Showed a video of my problem & was told bearings gone in pump. Quoted $1,220 for a new pump with the installation fee waived because of the massive difference in the verbal quote I was given. In the end another shop was shown the same video & sold me & $50 capacitor & my problem is solved.

Received some great advice today from the team here. Asked alot of questions, and they even gave me some referrals to other businesses for things they didn't do.

Excellent service from a great team. Moved into a new house in North Kellyville and they took us through the operation of the pool and now do regular services to keep the pool in excellent shape. A special call out to Hendra in the office and Anthony for the servicing. Very happy.
