Went in there on the tuesday 02/08 at 5pm. Even though the shop closes at 5.30, the guy working there seemed so eager to get out. He didn't even say a word or offer any assistance. One door was already locked and he was moping the floor around me. At 5.15 he turned off the music and it was just dead silent in there. I got the message and went down to OPSM. Why even close at 5.30 if its so painful for you when a customer to comes in at 5?

I am very satisfied with the service provided by a young sales lady in Sunglass Hut, Mayers, Castle Hill. She was kind and of great assistance to us in choosing which one to buy.

Went here on a Tuesday afternoon around closing time. Service was great and the lady at the counter answered all questions patiently for glasses that I was buying and the ones I clearly told them I was not planning to buy that day. When I called earlier to do a stock-check, they looked up the items and apparantly put them out for me. Nice little store with great service and stock. Highly recommended.

The lady with red hair and undercut hair style has the worst attitude in the world. She opened a drawer in to my leg and then instead of apologising, gave me a glare for being in her way. All she had to do was ask me to move and I would’ve. It was completely unnecessary and the store was not even that busy. We were in the store for 20 minutes and the staff did not say a single word to us. No greeting, no offer of assistance. disgusting treatment. Would never purchase anything here.

Staff were pleasant and helpful.Prices are on par. I would of given 5 stars if there wasn’t any finger prints on the lens that I noticed when I got home. My advice would be to check before leaving the store.(Photo’s don’t do the fingerprints justice unfortunately)

Worst customer service because they don’t know how to handle product. Touching lenses with hand without caring of scratch and dust. I purchased aviator and they gave me box of other model hence its a not professional way of dealing with customer. I am disappointed with their customer service at store. I don’t recommend this store. Hope they will improve asap.

Not very much good experience at that time but in the past we had a good experience and got help about finding our merchandise. This time crapes but still bought the product

Bought very expensive glasses less than a year again here and they clearly have manufacturing damage. The store at Myer castle hill and the manager from the store outside were very dismissive and tried to push me buying another pair for half price. When I refused they said I have to go to the manufacturer myself to repair. I will never buy anything from sunglass hut again.

That’s so unfortunate that I have to put bad review about my experience with castle Hill store . I purchased 2 pair of sunglasses , unfortunately one of them damage and got back to store first round exchange BPG offered and paid extra $253 to by another pair which made it to full price and more which was fine , however I took sunglasses home I found it damaged all glue on the handle and dots on lense and it was Bulgari brand !!!!.took it back next morning and staff swap it to different Color and even told me you can refund because they didn’t have the Color I wanted , or he advise I can bring it back within the month. I took it back after 2 weeks , at first all good but all of the sudden staff said no according our policy we can’t do . Manager was listening and reacting respectfully but Guy staff was rude and talking over me by saying we can’t do anything repeatedly and once I told him I’m not talking to you and talking to manager, he start telling me to get out and accused me being rude ,very childish and rude behaviour he act like I’m the person in charge for this whole store and I’m telling you to leave !!!! whereas the manager was there and I. Wasn’t rude I was just telling them all about the situation . They were there just to prove their point instead of listening and try to find a solution .even I talked to Their regional manager he was arguing the same without providing solution . He said I can’t sell damaged product which they already gave me damaged product on second round all he was saying was we did favour which it wasn’t favour to me ,they sold damaged product to me for more than original price $ 388+$253 where as full price of product was $422 and at the end he was reminding my duty of care to check product , not their duty of care to provide good customer service and product . Please be careful with this people if you do any purchase from them .

Shop was quiet with just one other customer in there but the lady didn’t seem interested in helping me. She asked if I needed help and when I said I’d like some help choosing a frame that suited my face she wasn’t interested. Disappointing as I explained I’d never bought myself nice or expensive sunglasses before.

Service was great, quick and effective. The young girl had good product knowledge and there was a sale to top it off!

Disgusting customer service! I can’t even put into words how angry I am with my experience from this store! After my bvlgari sunglasses cracked along the join on the frame I took them in along with a receipt. It clearly states EVERYWHERE (including on the receipt quality guarantee for 24 months.) these glasses are 18 months old of which they have not been used for over 6 months since the crack. Not only did Nadine tell me that I must have broken them as bvlgari don’t just break, she also questioned me in regards to my receipt. She made it very clear that they would not do anything for me to help and was extremely condescending while doing so. I have since been to another store who were very helpful and upon looking at the glasses stated that the frame was faulty and you can see it has cracked along the join. I will never purchase from your store and do not recommend.
