That’s
so
unfortunate
that
I
have
to
put
bad
review
about
my
experience
with
castle
Hill
store
.
I
purchased
2
pair
of
sunglasses
,
unfortunately
one
of
them
damage
and
got
back
to
store
first
round
exchange
BPG
offered
and
paid
extra
$253
to
by
another
pair
which
made
it
to
full
price
and
more
which
was
fine
,
however
I
took
sunglasses
home
I
found
it
damaged
all
glue
on
the
handle
and
dots
on
lense
and
it
was
Bulgari
brand
!!!!.took
it
back
next
morning
and
staff
swap
it
to
different
Color
and
even
told
me
you
can
refund
because
they
didn’t
have
the
Color
I
wanted
,
or
he
advise
I
can
bring
it
back
within
the
month.
I
took
it
back
after
2
weeks
,
at
first
all
good
but
all
of
the
sudden
staff
said
no
according
our
policy
we
can’t
do
.
Manager
was
listening
and
reacting
respectfully
but
Guy
staff
was
rude
and
talking
over
me
by
saying
we
can’t
do
anything
repeatedly
and
once
I
told
him
I’m
not
talking
to
you
and
talking
to
manager,
he
start
telling
me
to
get
out
and
accused
me
being
rude
,very
childish
and
rude
behaviour
he
act
like
I’m
the
person
in
charge
for
this
whole
store
and
I’m
telling
you
to
leave
!!!!
whereas
the
manager
was
there
and
I.
Wasn’t
rude
I
was
just
telling
them
all
about
the
situation
.
They
were
there
just
to
prove
their
point
instead
of
listening
and
try
to
find
a
solution
.even
I
talked
to
Their
regional
manager
he
was
arguing
the
same
without
providing
solution
.
He
said
I
can’t
sell
damaged
product
which
they
already
gave
me
damaged
product
on
second
round
all
he
was
saying
was
we
did
favour
which
it
wasn’t
favour
to
me
,they
sold
damaged
product
to
me
for
more
than
original
price
$
388+$253
where
as
full
price
of
product
was
$422
and
at
the
end
he
was
reminding
my
duty
of
care
to
check
product
,
not
their
duty
of
care
to
provide
good
customer
service
and
product
.
Please
be
careful
with
this
people
if
you
do
any
purchase
from
them
.
