    Leaves her own dog in a hot car for 30 minutes by himself in the middle of summer. Disgraceful!

    I’m sorry I didn’t want to do this but here it goes - the dog groomer is super friendly, really nice lady - but I won’t be going back because: 1) the groomer has 3 dogs in the backyard that intimated my pup on arrival 2) my pup smelt worse after the service than before, I had to text the groomer to ensure he was washed, apparently he was washed, however still stunk! Also he’s tear stains hadn’t been cleaned properly 3) my pups shave was inconsistent, he’s belly fur was barely there, he’s a Cavoodle for goodness sakes! Please see attached pic - apparently this was a ‘summer shave’, I’ve had 3 dogs before and groomed them reg - this is the worst groom I’ve seen. 4) the groomer runs the business from home and changes $80 per groom even though there are no overheads. I normally groom my pup in city but can’t get out due to lockdown, and a prime city groomer changes $80 and I get the total works. Please don’t take this as hate mail (I’ve read some on you’re responses to other clients) it really isn’t hate mail. It’s honest client feedback. A) Maybe consider taking up additional grooming training for dog that’s are x poodle B) maybe consider changing the shampoo and conditioner you’re using because they aren’t effective c) maybe consider separating the dogs, from your dogs, especially once a client pup has been cleaned.

    Cassandra is very nice and has given our pup his first grooming. We absolutely love the styled cut our Koda got and he is enjoying the new look. Thanks for the best service, we will surely be seeing you for the next appointment.

    Worst experience ever at a pet groomer. My cat was not happy from get go. Cassandra was rude to me and my cat. Without making friends with my poor baby first she straight away tied her neck. No treats nothing. Then asked me to hold his head down while she brazenly tried to clip his hind legs. He is not an aggressive cat by any standards but he did not like the uncourteous poor handling. We both were so distressed by the end of it then I had to stop the de matting and clipping session half way and leave. $70 later she was blaming me for not holding the cat properly. On my face she said that I should have brought my wife to the session as she would have done a better job. Humiliating. Would never recommend anyone to come here.

    I recently took my fur baby to get groomed by Lush Pet Care and was absolutely AMAZED with the service! I could have not trusted anyone else with my fur baby and will definitely become a regular!! x

    Great first full groom for my new puppy! Cassandra was extremely helpful and spent the time enquiring on what my expectations would be for the cut. The cut was great!! I also received an unexpected video of my puppy at his daycare enjoying himself happy with the other dogs. Service is above and beyond! Thank you for taking care of my baby!

    Cassandra took very good care of my dog, Chica. She took time and care in grooming Chica who had matted hair and dirty ears. It was literal day and night when I went to pick her up. Her prices are reasonable and she responds promptly and is very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend her.

    Our Lulu had anxiety issues earlier and she still shows some signs of it at times. Also, she isn't pretty comfortable with combs/brushes and tries hiding from us whenever she sees it in our hand. Thats the background when we reached out to Lush for Lulu's first grooming session. Cassandra did a great job in getting Lulu's trust within 15 mins time and thats something we weren't expecting. She could do the trim without any objections from Lulu within time and she did a great job considering the amount of matt Lulu had. Thank you so much Cassandra, we love you.. 😊

    I took my blind and 18 year old long haired domestic female cat to Lush for a very long and overdue groom. My cat was covered in matted fur. Cassandra was extremely impressive, she was patient, gentle, caring and did an amazing job. I’ve booked in for another groom in 4 weeks time. Highly recommend!!

    I was skeptical due to the mixed reviews about cat grooming. It was a crazy rainy thunderstorm day but Cassandra was patient and gentle with my Siberian cat. For deshedding which included a dry wash and a hygiene trim. She went through with 3 rounds of brushing as my cat is long haired. The set up and grooming area could be more organised and hygienic but otherwise Cassandra did well.

    Cassandra was amazing and very pleasant to deal with. I took my cat for her very first grooming session and Cassandra was very gentle and did a fabulous job in getting the winter coat off. Looking forward to our regular grooming sessions for Fluffy

    Leo, my toy poodle, was heavily matted when I took him to Lush. I was pretty sure he needed a shave and was pretty nervous if the whole procedure will hurt him. However, Cassandra was kind and patient enough to give him a good grooming. He was quite ok and calm when I picked him up after a few hrs. Good job done. Thankyou for taking good care of Leo.

    Cassandra was very responsive in her communication and gave our pup a great cut / groom. Bit expensive as was his first cut and he had long hair. Would go back.

    Cassandra was amazing!!! I was so nervous to bring my cat in because I know he gets very uncomfortable and scared when he leaves the house, but Cassandra was so patient and helped so much with making him feel calm, I never knew my cat could be that well behaved 😂 she also gave us so many tips on how to brush and wash him. She was just brilliant. Even though my cat had to get shaved cause he was so matted, she did such a professional job that he didn’t even look too bad after, she blended his hair so well that the shaved patches weren’t too noticeable. Definitely recommend her and will be going again when needed!

    I struggled to find a groomer in my area, and I was so blessed when I came across Lush Pet Care! I dropped my little Bear off in the morning and was greeted so pleasantly by Cassandra. Every step was broken down for me (including how to care for his fur as he is extremely prone to matting). I even had the pleasure of meeting some other fluffy friends! I had a meeting scheduled in the afternoon for work however, Cassandra was so kind to watch Bear for an extra couple of hours. By the time I came around to pick him up, he didn’t want to leave! He had made some friends with the other pups (this has never happened before, he usually runs straight to me and is eager to get home). By the time we were finally able to get him to the car, he was so fresh, clean and happy! A phenomenal job done by Cassandra. Thank you so much for your remarkable service! I highly recommend!

    A lovely and friendly welcome from Cassandra. Mocha, my 7 month old Cavoodle puppy missed her first groom due to breaking her leg. I was skeptical of how Mocha would behave and take being groomed. Cassandra showed patience and care and did a fantastic job. Mocha came back looking adorable and so cute. A fantastic job. Will definitely be taking Mocha back for her next groom, especially as she will get to play with Cassandra’s own dogs. Thank you so much Cassandra. Love your work.

    If I could give no stars I would. I have taken my dog to her a total of 3 times. Each time she has risen the prices due to my dog getting “bigger”. He weighed 7kg in the beginning and now is 9kg and not any much bigger. Her package deal says 7-11kg is $99 but each time had to “add” things to the session to make it more. First time I paid $107, second time I was forced to pay $120 and this last time she has requested $140 and I was not having it. She does not stick to the package deals that she advertises and tries to make things up for more money. She also is judgemental and disrespectful as every-time she thinks she is a vet and gives a lecture on what the dog needs when he is clearly in anxious when around her because at home he is a fun and happy puppy. She tried to sell me a brush for $25 but at Woolies it was $14. It seems like all she cares about is money and did not state to my husband when he dropped off the dog that the prices had gone up, instead waited until my husband had left to message me straight away and stated that “since it’s been more than 3 months it will cost $140 when it had only been 76 days exactly”. I then had to leave my daughter gymnastics early to go pick him up as this was ridiculous of charging now $40 more than the package deal?? she could have told my husband on the spot and not wasted anyone’s time. My family and I love our dog so much and it was very hard to trust taking his to a groomers and after this experience he is now really upset and I am anxious to take him to another groomers. This is not hate mail, take this as feedback on how to communicate with customers and stick to what your advertising says. I understand you are trying to run a business and prices go up but fix your prices and let people know before you ‘assess’ their pets after the owners leave and messaging them to add on so many extras that probably are not true.
