didn’t
want
to
do
this
but
here
it
goes
-
the
dog
groomer
is
super
friendly,
really
nice
lady
-
but
I
won’t
be
going
back
because:
1)
the
groomer
has
3
dogs
in
the
backyard
that
intimated
my
pup
on
arrival
2)
my
pup
smelt
worse
after
the
service
than
before,
I
had
to
text
the
groomer
to
ensure
he
was
washed,
apparently
he
was
washed,
however
still
stunk!
Also
he’s
tear
stains
hadn’t
been
cleaned
properly
3)
my
pups
shave
was
inconsistent,
he’s
belly
fur
was
barely
there,
he’s
a
Cavoodle
for
goodness
sakes!
Please

-
apparently
this
was
a
‘summer
shave’,
I’ve
had
3
dogs
before
and
groomed
them
reg
-
this
is
the
worst
groom
I’ve
seen.
4)
the
groomer
runs
the
business
from
home
and
changes
$80
per
groom
even
though
there
are
no
overheads.
I
normally
groom
my
pup
in
city
but
can’t
get
out
due
to
lockdown,
and
a
prime
city
groomer
changes
$80
and
I
get
the
total
works.
Please
don’t
take
this
as
hate
mail
(I’ve
read
some
on
you’re
responses
to
other
clients)
it
really
isn’t
hate
mail.
It’s
honest
client
feedback.

Maybe
consider
taking
up
additional
grooming
training
for
dog
that’s
are
x
poodle
B)
maybe
consider
changing
the
shampoo
and
conditioner
you’re
using
because
they
aren’t
effective
c)
maybe
consider
separating
the
dogs,
from
your
dogs,
especially
once
a
client
pup
has
been
cleaned.
