After coming here on a few occasions and recently moving to Miranda, this has become our local ‘store’. Kmart and Big W are a nice touch, nice car park, good play areas to drop off the kids. My reason for the 1 star is the lack of air conditioning, it’s so hot; I have to walk into a store every few minutes to get some cold air. It’s not even summer, I can’t imagine how bad it’s going to be then. Not to mention the escalators constantly being out of service, getting from Kmart to the coffee shop one floor below meant walking an additional 100 metres. This place does not meet the Westfield standards. It’s the first shopping centre I’ve been to that’s trying to cut costs by turning off the air conditioning, what a joke. I can’t help but feel bad for the small businesses inside, losing customers due to a lack of escalators. You have to walk further (in the heat) and end up giving up on where you’re going, just to step outside or into a random store to get some nice cool air.

One of the biggest shopping mall in Southern Sydney. Lot of renowned shops are there. All the big brand outlets are there for convenient shopping. Mall is perfectly maintained and facilities are there. Love ❤️ they have lot of spacious waiting area for shoppers. Varieties of food outlets are there in food courts. Rest rooms are clean and maintained properly. Lot of parking places with automated number plate recognition as well as 4 hours free parking for Westfield Plus users.

One of the biggest shopping centre I've ever been too. As usual, Westfield has been very good. The parking is a bit tricky though, maybe it's because it crossed 2 or 3 blocks? When we are leaving, we have to go round and round to find the exit. But overall, It's a nice place to shop. Lots of selections of shops, I love the interior design for some part of the centre, it has a Rome feel to it. And there's even an Apple Store in it which is good.

It's gone downhill since the redevelopment. Lack of parking, and it's full of duplicate shops selling overpriced garbage made in China. There is no quality available, just future rubbish for council clean-up day.

Splendid shopping complex in the south side of Sydney, called Westfield-Miranda. All the renowned brands can be found under the single roof. This place provides an opportunity for the selection of wide variety of shops. Enough resting places, food courts, restrooms, digital navigation system are maintained well. The camera automated car parking is free for 4 hours. This shopping complex can engage a visitor for 4 hours just roaming around the shops.

One of the bigger shopping centres around. Luckily you still have 3 hours parking because you need it d to walk the whole thing. The carpark is terrible, there's always a long long queue just to get in let alone find a space. Also wouldn't be a Westfield without a broken travelator.

Disgusting situation in the parking lot ! Tried to leave at 1.30 pm and after sitting in my car for more than 30 minutes without moving in the traffic jam, I went back to the shops feeling very unwell due to the build up of toxic carbon monoxide. Finally after more than 35 minutes I reached the exit. Definitely would not recommend this shopping venue.

Great shopping experience with plenty of options to choose from. Shops are arranged in similar categories where you can find parts catering to womenswear, menswear and kids. The mall has great accessibility for prams and wheelchairs with ramps and lifts at different points across the mall. Miranda Westfield also has very clean parents room with stations for diaper changing, breastfeed and even play areas for toddlers. It is parent friendly and caters to all demographics of shoppers.

A spacious shopping mall that offers one-stop shopping plus entertainment for all ages. The coffee shop at the food court level and the famous Chinese Ding Tai Feng restaurant are my favourite eating places. The shop windows are attractively and tastefully decorated. There are sofas and chairs dotted around the mall for tired shoppers and children to take a rest and recharge. The bright and airy mall provides a pleasant shopping and eating experience for all.

It's a mall. Wide variety of shops which all seem occupied which is good. Ample parking free for 3 hours. Always clean and tidy looking. All escalators now working, but the layout of the is odd to move up from bottom to top floors.

Probs the best Westfield in Sydney, it's huge and lots of selection. Bit confusing to navigate tho, should put more maps up.

One of the best malls in Sydney. Pretty much any store retail store you can think of with 2 food courts and then 3 dedicated out door levels for restaurants! Plenty of bathrooms and lots of parking. Just make sure you get there early on public holidays as it gets packed!

Just love this tree. In the middle of Miranda, in a huge shopping mall, it is most unexpected and delightful. Such an oasis of calm, the perfect place to have lunch or coffee or just sit.

Disclaimer; I used to work at a store in this Westfield, so I may be biased. I enjoyed the fact that this westfield has large & known brands to visit such as Apple, JD Sports, Kathmandu, Nike etc as many of the other Westfields or shopping centres do not hold these stores. Many options to shop & has multiple foodcourts & sitting areas. Recommended if you wish to go shopping for a weekend & stay stay for lunch!

This place since rebuilt years ago has been nothing but a MAZE. If you ain't familiar with that place give yourself enough time to locate yourself and your car. Parking is a nightmare so get there early coz you will also need a whole day there coz its big and you will need a whole day to find your way out too. But the shops are nice and plenty of good food and coffee.

Great selection of stores and I would have given it a 5 star rating except the place was jam packed with cars when trying to find a parking spot. Took me almost as long to get a park as I was inside shopping, but all in all was pretty good.

Fabulous Westfield's, it has every shop, every brand it's beautiful and modern which makes shopping fun. Plenty of parking, beautiful seating for a rest. The David Jones store is a really good one. There are lots of great cafes and restaurants upstairs, outside. The fabulous tree was kept and has decking around it. We love shopping there.

First time using Valet Service at Miranda, I was served by Julie & she was outstanding. Her lively, positive and friendly attitude was soo welcoming and reassuring trusting my vehicle in her care. She is an asset to the business. Will definitely be using this service again.

What a great experience! Driving in to valet parking we were greeted by staff who were super friendly and really helpful. It was so much easier as I had my elderly Mum with me. When leaving we literally only had to wait 2 minutes for them to bring the car around. I would highly recommend this service and will definitely use them again!

Westfield Miranda is like the star for Westfield. It's huge with a combination of stores and boutiques. There is a large selection of products and places to eat and several play areas for the kids with no charge and the cinema up stairs. The parking can be pretty horrible alot of the time and if you are new make sure you take a mental note of the shops you walk past on entry. Because finding your car can be difficult if you don't

It is a large shopping complex with adequate facilities for toilets , USB recharge points available and wifi as well. Near to the train station. Use to have a fair few community shows but I do not see them so much anymore since it was renovated. Many shops are contained within this centre and it has several large eatery areas.

  • 2/5 Allison C. 1 year ago on Google
Too overwhelming for me but my biggest issue with this place is accessibility between levels. Walking half the building to get to the escalator to the next level is just swear inducing. Wonder what their evacuation procedure would be. Not my happy place.

  • 5/5 Vinodhan G. 1 year ago on Google
One of the bigger malls in the area with enough parking if you're patient enough to find one, considering you arrived late on a Saturday. Being a Westfield, a camera will track your entry and exit out of the parking lot without the need to queue up at a ticket machine, which some malls still do. 3hrs free, another if you have the Westfield app. Always a good shopping experience with a range of outlets and generally good service from the businesses.

I love this place. A lot of shops and medical surgeries. Easy to get around with escalators, travelators, stairs and lifts however if you have to use the lifts you need a lot of patience, they are very slow to arrive. If you need to borrow a wheelchair or power scooter they are happy to loan for free. Heaps of parking and free for 2 hours and more if you are a Westfield member. Check their website first. The food courts and restaurants are excellent and very reasonable prices and variety. Many toilets & parents rooms throughout. Movie theatres. Good signage to guide you around. Very easy to spend an entire day here.

I have never seen a food court as filthy as the one I saw at miranda today. The toilets off the food court were even worse. You serve food in that area. How have you not been fined or shut down? People will get sick in that environment.

The music is so loud here, i went into a shop and could not even hear the lady at the desk and i was standing right next to her. She said it was normal and she has asked management multiple times to turn down the speaker right in front of the shop. this seems like an easy fix...

Westfield in Miranda is huge, with big brand names that we all love, such as Apple Store, DAVID JONES, MYER, GLUE, GENERAL PANTS and food four eatery. You will be a lot of walking. The Westfield is wheel chair accessible with lifts located all over the super store. The hygiene department are doing really well to keep this place clean. By the end l my pockets emptied I’ve ended getting what I came for. Thrills Shirt, KSUBI shirt, NIKE DRi Fit underwear. I would recommend you go. We’ll done Westfields Miranda ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love the shopping centre but please do something about the toilet paper, either have a tutorial on how you can pull the paper out without it breaking into tiny pieces and land on the floor or save my sanity and the environment by getting thicker toilet paper

The concierge team are the best. Since my injury, I have been using the mobility scooters and the team on the valet have helped me out so much with this especially Julie who is so friendly and lovely, it's a pleasure to see her. I visited Miranda Westfield on Saturday and i was blown away by the level of service provided by the Westfield staff. Saturday was extremely busy in the centre and I was approached by a staff member offering directions to a store I was searching for; then again in the car park on my way out directing traffic. Both staff members I was approached by were friendly, informative and helpful and made what would normally be an overwhelming experience a pleasant one. Well done Westfield Miranda, you made my day! Keep up the good work!

Nice place to spend some time (and money). Α reply to your reply: Thanks for the interest in my opinion but I don't think it counts. Since I am just a visitor to Australia, I cannot be objective as the differences with my country, Greece, but also with the other countries I have visited, are socio-political. So keep taking care of your customers and they will give you the fifth star. I definitely give five stars to the beautiful ladies I met. That's all. I hope my answer is useful to you. Greetings.

I grew up in the Shire and experienced the growth of Miranda Fair. I returned after about thirty five years recently. I found the the sophistication, cleanliness and spaciousness of the centre as a whole. A great place to shop, browse and grab a coffee and watch the world go by.

I parked in Westfield around 3:30pm. 3 hours free parking would good till 6:30 pm & parking will be free of charge after 6 pm. So I shopped, spent money, even had dinner. It was around 7:30pm by the time I drove off. Westfield charge me for parking !?! They didn't charge me for the time I've exceeded my 3 hours free parking. They didn't consider free parking start at 6 pm. They charged me from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm the whole time. Westfield Miranda claimed that ... that particular info is published in the fine print. I almost sure they must had (I still have not read it yet without my reading glass). Nonetheless I'm sure that they didn't advertise it the same way they advertise the "3 hours free parking" & "free parking after 6". So it is still an entrapment on my books. I think it is counter-intuitive for Westfield to courage consumers NOT to hang around therefore DON'T spend money there. I don't have Westfield stocks in my investment portfolio therefore it is the least of my concern. At an individual level, would I spend time & money in any Westfield (not limited to Westfield Miranda becoz I guess they must have the same policy) ever again ? Not unless I have to !

Valet provides an excellent service and in a day like today the bottled water was a godsend. Noah, one of your employees, was also very helpful directing us to valet from Kmart (we were a bit confused). He carried our heavy packages, walked us to the loft and directed us where to go. Made it all so much easier. Thank you.
