After many years of filing taxes on my own, I decided to come to Block Advisors due to many complexities over the previous year. I worked with Kim, who was exceptional. She was extremely thorough and asked all the right questions up front. The entire process was much quicker than I expected and super smooth. She found deductions for me that I would not have found on my own. I will be coming back to see her for the next tax season.

V. unprofessional, phone calls not returned by preparer, preparer is inept, didn’t know the proper tax code and office manager only made excuses. Accuracy and timeliness are important when discussing taxes and clearly Block Advisors/HR Block has some issues at this office. The competency and service don’t match the price, cannot recommend them 👎🏼, seek a competent tax accountant. It’s clear the office Mgr is padding their reviews.

My wife, Shilu and I are very confident that Ms. Sherry Nelson will complete our tax returns very accurately. Hence, we have no worry or tension. Additionally, she replies to our questions, concerns very quickly and reassuringly. She is very helpful and nice.

Linda McMurray worked so diligently concerning my tax return with assistance from Maria Mainero. I am very happy with my return on taxes and owe it all to Linda and Maria. Thanks again to both of you. This was my first time visiting H&R Block and was very happy.

Our tax Advisor Kirsten does a great job. She explains all aspects of the tax preparation as well gives us sound advise on what to do for the following year. Kirsten has never let us down nor given advise that was not useful. We enjoy are yearly meeting knowing our tax preparations will be done correctly.

The West Bloomfield branch of HR Block have always been honest, helpful, and showed genuine interest in ensuring our tax returns were accurate. They also have shown great knowledge in tax laws that enabled our household to adjust our AGI and tax penalties to our benefit. Specifically Stephen Harper was an outstanding individual and we mourned his passing. He will truly be missed. Kim Sprague has done an excellent job taking up the mantle as a great tax advisor.

Also, my experience is much better and easier to accomplish when I can come in and speak with Sherry. I like the in-person experience the best.
