EXCEPTIONAL Priority Urgent Care location. Better than other like-business in any of the surrounding towns. The reception staff is very helpful and friendly. The service is prompt, helpful and efficient. The registration is now accomplished via your iPhone using a QR code. We usually get the same PA-C and she is phenomenal! She is proficient, competent and thorough. She has provided top-notch urgent care diagnosis and treatment to my entire family. NOTE: checking in for Physical Therapy is in the same office just a different receptionist.

Great experience! We’ve lived in Cromwell for over 15 years and this urgent care has gone through many ownerships but this one by far is the best. I went in today with an Ankle Sprain. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. All patient forms were electronic and took me less than 10 mins to complete them all. I was seen promptly and the PA on staff was very friendly and took care of sprain quickly. Definitely recommend and hope this ownership continues…

The lady at the front was personable and explained how the billing works to me, the staff as well as the doctor was attentive. I was recently in a bad car accident, my doctor was very nice, quick and he helped prescribing me the right medicine that will do something for my pains. I was also provided a packet that gives information about stretching, icing and dealing with neck/back issues moving forward. I really appreciate the help, I want to be able to get back to work, but in my current state I can’t.

My son's pediatrician was unable to schedule a same-day visit for us, so I brought him to Priority Urgent Care in Cromwell and I'm so glad I did. The appointment scheduling and check-in process was very easy and can be done from your phone. The receptionist and medical assistant were very friendly and polite, and the doctor was amazing and thorough. She helped us get our son started on medication quickly, and she even called me a couple days later to check in on my son's recovery. I'm really blown away by our whole experience with this office - it is definitely our new go-to for urgent care.

The front desk checked me in promptly and then I was called within 5 minutes to be seen by Dr Susan Fletcher who has excellent bedside manners. She is personable, kind, compassionate and gets to the problem quickly. She’s very understanding and was very good at educating me as to what I was feeling with the lower back. She was able to put my mind at ease and explained the medications she prescribed. I would recommend this Urgent 🚨 Care every time. Thank you Susan and team

Great walk in! The receptionist was very friendly. The Medical assistant was great and friendly to work with. The Dr was wonderful. We were in and out . Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, and took their time. Very caring Dr office. Definitely will be back.

I am usually skeptical about visiting urgent care centers. This was the first time visiting the Urgent Care in Cromwell.. I was so impressed !Everyone was kind , helpful and welcoming. The PA was phenomenal; I felt comfortable being in his care. The visit was thorough but quick! I will definitely use this Urgent Care in the future!

Will never ever go anywhere else. Have been going here for years, trust bringing my kids here, and despite the fact that ownership appears to have changed a few times in years, the quality of care has not. This includes front desk staff, med assts and the doctor or PA you see.  If you are blessed to be able to see Susan Fletcher….. you will know what i mean.  The best bedside manner of any urgent care doc EVER.

Went for first time. Very impressed. Got an appointment same day online when my own drs office had a weeks wait. Very organized and on time. Was in and out with my diagnosis and prescriptions.
