Arrived at the front desk and was told the provider doesn’t want to see sick people and was turned away. How can an urgent care turn away sick people?! Their provider shouldn’t be working in an urgent care if she doesn’t want to treat sick people. Absolutely unacceptable

Great Customer Service. Called for appointmentat 10 AM they saw me at 2PM. The Nurse and Nurse Practitioner were very attentive. They listen to me, asked questions, did their thing . Diagnoses was right on. Followed there advise and was back on my feet on time. Thank you . Recommend 100%.

Excellent receptionist. So helpful with insurance card and license and friendly courteous attitude. The Person checking on my poison ivy was also excellent and thorough!

Wonderful staff. Very clean easy in and easy out. Appointments are really needed that's the only draw back for an Urgent Care center. Well worth the drive and a Walgreens next door.

The staff here is really nice and attentive. The place is super clean. The wait though, it is CRAZY. They do let everyone know the wait time is longer than expected. I was there for 2 and a half hrs, however... Nurse Susan took the time to listen to my every pain and complain. Made sure to examine me from head to toe AND didn't allow me to leave until she found a solution for my problem. The next day she called to check up on me. I wish she was my pcp. Yes, you do have to wait but, the service you get in return is a 10 out of 10. Bring a book!!

The wait time was short, and very efficient. I did the forms on line, and after 2 minutes,I got called back. The MA got all the usual paperwork done, and the PA reviewed it before he came in! I am a "tough customer", being a nurse for many years. I thought the care given was exemplary, prompt & high quality. I would NOT hesitate to go there again.

If you are a fan of being turned away 40 minutes before close then this is the urgent care for you! Seriously though, I hear these folks are consistently turning people away and shutting down for extended periods of time due to staffing issues. Clearly a bigger problem going on behind the scenes. I was there at 7:20 PM and the person at the front desk promptly told me they wouldn’t help my 7yo daughter. She failed to ask what the issue was, she was more focused on letting me know that they had 2 patients and one provider and they would be making no effort to help. Save yourself the frustration and go to ConvienentMD over by the mall.

Michael was very helpful, but what saved the day was RN Suzanne Cinelli. She was so helpful, professional and caring. I am one of those patients who does not go into the hospital unless really needed and she understood what was needed to be done and truly showed me that she was there to help and make sure my wellness was right. Thank you!

We were on a trip to MA when my daughter got sick, CareWell saw her quickly and had us on our way faster than anywhere else we’ve ever been. They were all very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is right next door which was extremely convenient as well.

Terrible experience. I never had to wait that long in any urgent care. Although I have an appointment prior but still I had to wait over an hour. I feel like they are there just to make some money, don't really care about patients neither the wait time. Three people were at the reception, and two patients including myself was at the lobby. It was not even that busy.

The "check-in" person did not seem normal. Asked very loudly why I was there in front of a crowded waiting room. Zero privacy. I walked out and went to Convenient MD......

Since I walked in at 7pm and they close at 8pm, I was concerned when the receptionist told me he'd check if they were still accepting walk-ins. Thankfully they were! My ear infection was hurting awful bad. They checked everything, did a strep test, and prescribed quickly. The next morning I needed my script sent to a different pharmacy, and they did so quickly.

Only giving 5* because of the cleanliness of the waiting area and the friendliness of the front desk. I knew I had a little bit of a wait to be seen[which I didn't care waiting]. The only thing that bothered me was that I wasn't asked to remove shoes when getting my height. Told me I was 5'9" when I have been 5'7" since I was 18. Even my ID says I'm 5'7". 🤣🤣 Not to mention it's not very professional when getting an eye exam done to have the intake girl tell me that I have better eyesight in one eye than I do in both.

Helpful staff, clean facility, ample waiting room. Had a bit of a wait during my stay but that's just the nature of their business. Waiting room was more than comfortable to wait in, and staff didn't waste my time nor theirs during the process. Would use again for sure.

We went here at 7:38 and they close at 8. I did the online check in but they said it did not work and they would not see us because they wanted to get out early. There was 0 people in the waiting room and we just needed an Antibiotic for a very clear issue. They told us to go to convenient md down the street (who also closes at 8) which we did and got great care.

Almost impossible to get through on the phone, extending long wait time in waiting room, with only 2 other patients before me. Given number for follow up questions and no one returned either of my phone calls. That being said, the care itself by the nurse practitioner was very good, she was great.

I am very upset for the false information that the receptionist gave me this morning. Here I am just got off from working the graveyard shift. I asked her if they take walk-ins and she told me yes. I'm a traveler nurse from out of state without a vehicle and I caught a uber and here I am standing outside in the cold and they're not even open.

I was seen right away and everyone I dealt with was very friendly. My appointment couldn’t have gone any better. I’ll definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend if you’re feeling bad and want to be seen fairly quickly and receive good care! I went very last minute and the wait was minimal. The nurse was super nice and helpful before the physician’s assistant came in to help. He took time to chat with me and answer any questions I had! They seemed very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful during my visit.

Every time Jeff and I meet at CareWell Urgent care the outcome has always been awesome for me and my health !

Very unprofessional. It’s doesn’t matter if u make an appointment, walk ins are taken because they have been waiting??!! If u walk in then u wait…. They put u in a room and leave u there forever. It’s like going to the emergency room. Not worth it!

I hurt my lower back and couldn’t have had a better experience there yesterday. There was no wait, it was clean and the COVID protocol strong, and best of all was the provider’s knowledge and bedside manner. Jeff the PA was so smart, well spoken, helpful and kind. He embodies a healthcare professional and took all the time I needed to discuss my condition. If only he practiced at a primary care facility! Don’t hesitate to use this location for urgent care needs.

I have never seen a more pathetic nurse practioner in my life. I was in severe pain due to muscle spasms in my neck. She didn't even examine me and stated if I was in that much pain I need to take an ambulance to the hospital. I suggested she examine me and she still refused to treat me. Don't waste your time. The next place was wonderful gave me Advil/Tylenol and Muscle relaxers and it helped so much.

Took appointment and still have to wait for 2 Hrs. 4 star is for the lady doing multitasking and doing everything herself. There were few members inside just seating there could have help at least help people check in so nurse could have focused on her job.

I'm here @ 1:48pm on a Saturday to get a covid test. The hours on the door claim they are open 7 days a weeks 8am-8pm, but the doors are locked, it's pitch black inside and no one is answering the phone.

I went there as a walk in patient. Dr Jeffrey Brown is very nice and polite, explained my health conditions in way that was easy to understand. Nurse and receptionist are great too.

I was extremely pleased with the care I received for my eye problem. The diagnosis was made, prescriptions ordered, and I am on the way to recovery. How fortunate we are to have a facility located so close to home and available on weekends. Thank you so much!
