This
place
has
terrible
management
and
a
horrible
communication
system.
When
you
call
be
prepared
to
be
on
hold
for
a
long
time.
In
my
experience
the
staff
has
often
times
been
rude
and
short.
Today
was
no
exception.
Never
a
pleasant
experience.
On
this
day
,
I
called
to
book
an
appointment
for
some
screening
my
primary
care
doctor
ordered.
I
was
on
hold
for
26
minutes.
When
they
finally
answered
I
was
told
I
had
to
get
re
registered
in
their
new
data
system
because
they
had
switched
systems
and
my
info
didn’t
automatically
transfer
over
to
the
new
system.
How
efficient
and
convenient
of
them.
I
was
transferred
to
a
different
person
to
register
me
all
over
again.
After
I
was
on
hold
for
13
minutes
a
live
person
who
answered
and
was
either
hard
of
hearing
or
English
was
her
second
language.
She
spoke
over
me
several
times
and
I
spelled
my
name
three
time’s.....I
almost
hung
up.
She
finally
registered
me
then
(get
this)
had
to
transfer
me
back
to
the
original
person
to
book
the
actual
appointment.
Are
you
kidding
me?????
After
another12
minutes
I
got
an
appointment.
It
took
51
minutes
to
get
an
appointment.
Worst
experience
ever.
Strongly
considering
never
going
there
again.
I
Don’t
recommend.
Where
is
their
management????
Would
rate
them
0
stars
if
I
could.
NEW
on
7/6/21
I
called
Dr.
Rameneni’s
office
at
Pentucket
Medical
to
refill
a
prescription
for
my
Mother.
I
was
very
clear
and
specific
with
the
receptionist
that
my
mother
had
2
days
worth
of
the
medication
remaining
and
to
please
not
send
it
to
the
mail
in
pharmacy
CVS
Caremark
because
she
would
not
have
the
Rx
for
7-10
days.
I
specified
a
local
CVS.
On
7/7
I
followed
up
and
was
told
by
Erika
at
Dr.
Rameneni’s
office
that
it
was
sent
to
CVS/Caremark
.
I
said
that
would
not
work
and
I
needed
it
at
the
local
pharmacy
as
I
had
requested
the
day
before.
Erika
called
me
back
and
told
me
“all
set
it
was
sent
to
the
local
CVS”.
I
also
asked
for
a
90
day
supply
because
my
mother
will
be
in
Europe
and
will
need
the
larger
supply
to
carry
her
thru
her
stay
in
Europe.
Today
7/8/21
I
went
to
The
local
CVS
and
found
out
not
only
was
the
Rx
sent
to
CVS/Caremark
which
will
take
7-10
days
to
arrive
but
it
is
only
for
a
30
day
not
the
90
day
supply
requested
on
7/6
and
needed.
It
is
never
easy
with
Pentucket
Medical.
Long
hold
wait
times
always
on
the
phone
and
multiple
calls
to
get
it
right.
It’s
so
tiresome
to
have
to
deal
with
this
all
the
time.
I’m
never
surprised
when
it’s
wrong.
Ive
come
to
expect
it.
Tomorrow
I’ll
have
to
call
again
and
start
all
over
with
a
different
person
and
explain
the
whole
story
again.
But
who
really
cares
there
that
my
mother
is
at
risk
and
now
without
her
medication???
Surely
not
Pentucket
Medical.
Awesome!!
On
7/9
I
had
to
physically
go
to
Dr
Rameneni’s
office
to
get
the
prescription
filled
since
it’s
been
4
days
of
repeated
calls
and
no
resolution
no
RX.
I
waited
in
the
office
for
43
minutes
to
be
told
the
Rx
order
had
been
sent
to
the
local
CVS.
Because
they
also
had
sent
it
to
CVS/CAREMARK
and
didn’t
cancel
that
order
I
was
on
the
phone
with
the
insurance
for
over
30
minutes
to
request
an
override
so
CVS
can
give
me
the
Rx.
Still
waiting
for
the
approval
and
my
mother
has
now
been
two
days
without
this
critical
medication.
Finally
I
was
able
to
get
the
Rx
from
the
CVS
but
because
Pentucket
Medical
ordered
it
thru
mail
order
I
had
to
pay
full
price
because
the
insurance
is
already
paying
for
the
mail
order
coming
in
7-10
days.
Not
only
was
my
Mom
without
medicine
for
two
days
but
it
cost
her
$36
so
she
wouldn’t
have
to
wait
another
week.
THIS
IS
THE
MOST
CARELESS
INCONVENIENT
INEPT
SERVICE
FROM
PENTUCKET
MEDICAL.
It
takes
multiple
calls
and
days
to
get
something
that
should
take
no
more
than
5
minutes
on
the
phone
if
they
bothered
to
listen
and
follow
through.
